    Eco Tank 3850 is awesome. Great copies, never jams, does exactly what you expect from a class 1 copier with one exception. You never buy cartriges.

    Ink lasts a long time; feeder on top doesn't work at all. I only have this for a month and a half and I've never used the feeder, but when I went to use it it just spins and makes a horrible noise. Idk about recommendation I'd give it a 50/50 chance.

    So far so good. 4/5 stars because setup on the app, took almost 1.5 hours. Why???? The ink system seems like the ONLY way to go. No more ink cartridges!

    The set up was easy and the app was surprisingly good compared to other brands. It's not a laser jet, but the print quality is not bad at all. The ink lasts for a long time, and it's much cheaper compared to laser toner. I would recommend this, especially with the refurbished price.

    I would have given it 5 stars except I needed to call Customer Service to get the drivers to use a scanner. It was just one call and they sent me an email… So that was no problem really, but… Prefer having the drivers without needing to call customer service. Otherwise works great.
