    I love the refillable affordable ink tanks. No small cartridges that cost as much as a new printer to buy when you cant print anymore AND you can tell visually how much ink is left.

    Love this printer and its capabilities. It takes a bit to get familiar with all the usable settings, but the ink supply is amazing! I’ll never return to cartridge printing again!

    This printer was a reconditioned printer and looks and works perfectly. What a bargain and adding the 5 year relacement warranty was a no brainer. This printer came with new bottles of ink. This is an awesome buy at Best Buy.

    Purchased a refurbished printer through Best Buy website with geek squad protection. I’ve been having connectivity issues with WiFi ever since purchasing. Espon customer service was no help and told me they give no refunds, they can only exchange. Best Buy geek squad told me they don’t work on printers but I can be given store credit or an exchange for the same product. I also was told to contact AT&T because the issue dealt with their service. AT&T did what they could and it didn’t fix the connectivity issue. In my personal opinion, don’t purchase this printer. It seems to be a recurring issue when you read other reviews.

    Disappointed in quality of print. Text is slightly faded; not dark and sharp as I had with my HP printer. Maximum DPI is only 360. Maybe because it is refurbished? I will probably return it.
