I really love this printer. With the ink you save more than any other printer out there. All of the other printers have ink that costs more and they don't last as long as this one. It's SUPER easy to install and refill.

I BOUGHT THIS ONE FOR MY NEPHEW AND HE LOVES IT!!!!!!!!!!! I HAD PURCHASED HIM ONE ON SALE AND IT HAD STOPPED WORKING BEFORE THE ADDITIONAL WARRANTY EXPIRED ... JUST LIKE THE THREE I HAD PURCHASED STOPPED WORKING ON ME ... HIS WAS THE SAME BRAND THAT I HAD PURCHASE AND UPGRADED EACH TIME I TURNED ONE IN ... AFTER 3 STRIKES WITH THAT PARTICULAR BRAND .. I DECIDED THAT 3 STRIKES AND THAT BRAND WOULD NOT BE PURCHASED AGAIN. SO, WHEN MY NEPHEWS BROKE DOWN, I DECIDED TO GET HIM THE SAME BRAND OF PRINTER THAT I HAVE RECENTLY OBTAINED. THE GREAT NEWS IS ... BEST BUY NEVER QUESTIONED MY INTEGRETY OR HONESTY AT ANYTIME THAT I HAD TO RETURN A PRINTER. THEY TREATED ME WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT AND WERE ALWAYS EAGER TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERY PURCHASE WAS AND EXCHANGE WAS TO MY SATISFACTION. BEST BY HAS THE RIGHT NAME ... "THEY ARE INDEED THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I KNOW WHEN I SEE MY NEPHEW IN FLORIDA FOR CHRISTMAS, THEY WILL MAKE SURE I AM CREDITED FOR HIS MALFUNCTIONING PRINTER WHEN I TAKE IT IN FOR A REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT.

Easy to set up and prints high-quality images. I recommend this printer for people who are not tech-savvy. The ink cartridges are refillable quickly and easily.

Excellent printer! Set-up went perfectly, quality of print is great for both B&W and color. I needed a printer that would handle 100-200 pp B&W print jobs. Color was not important, but nice to have. Compact design fits nicely on my desk. Prints fast, works beautifully. Perfect for home use.

I’ve been through probably 5 HP printers and needed a new one. This epson has not given me any issues and is so easy to use. Also love how long the ink lasts!

Definitely happy with this printer. Quality and speed are good - far better than the Canon EcoTank we had before. I may miss a rear paper feed path for thicker sheets, but probably not. Setup was fast and easy. Overall an excellent ecotank printer.

I have been using this printer for several weeks now and it hasn't disappointed! I average a couple pages every few days which has dispelled any concern of clogged nozzles. It is also nice having the ink tank windows showing exactly how much ink is in reserve. It was also very easy to setup within my wireless network. The type and graphics are very clean and while I have had ink jet printers that have printed faster, the Epson 3850 has a very reasonable page speed. It does cost a little more than other other ink jet printers but I can already see the savings, both financial and in e-waste, in not buying cartridges.

Love this printer. I purchased this for our business. Its easy to use and we can print from any device. Filling in the ink was easy and it prints great!

Set was straight forward. Filling the tanks was a no brainer. It’s working flawlessly. Only issue is windows 11 likes its scanner software over the installed Epson software. Other than that single issue we love it.

Easy to install and operate. The fact that I will never have to buy an ink cartridge is great. The ink bottles are extremely cheap compared to cartridges. It's a little pricey but I'll make that up in the first year of printing.

By far, this printer has given me a high quality images and it is very easy to function. The ink for the different colors make the images look nice and beautiful.

Easy to get up and running. Using a Mac Book Pro to drive it and the iOS drivers work fine. Prints great (I have not printed photos yet however), scans great. Filling the ink was a breeze.

The product is amazing. I love it. Easy convenient. My kids are able to use it as well. Great printer. Great ink usage. It will last a long time.

This Epson printer replaces my previous (cartridge) Epson printer from 2013… which because of the age, I was having problems finding cartridges for the printer... and the black was no longer sharp as it used to be… I wanted to stay with Epson because of my success with my 4550 printer… first off the eco-tanks are 100% better than the 4 cartridges I had to buy, at least 2x a year… I can tell immediately that I’ll get a lot more printing for a lot less per sheet. The only difference that is somewhat of a pain is, if I want to print pictures, you have to remove the paper and insert photo paper… My previous Epson printer had a separate photo paper feed. You also have to have the Epson photo app on your phone if you want to print photos from your phone… otherwise it was relatively easy setup and I’m very pleased with the purchase.

Out of the box we've done maybe four hundred prints on 'plain paper' and they are among the best we have seen from this sort of printer. Epson has a winner in the EcoTank technology and really, there should be NO competition. The only purpose for me to buy an HP is when traveling to a Conference and realise during the event I need to print a few hundred copies of a document for a Presentation. Then a quick trip to Walmart for a $49 USD printer, usually an HP, is a necessary tech product for the event. Put it in the storage and see if it can do any more printing. The second set of cartridges will cost more than the whole machine. EcoTank is a good small Office printer. I always buy the extended warranty because the tech for inkjet printers is still not quite there. We have an old ET 4750 that coughs up half page postal labels at the rate of 1,000 or so a year and it simply does not fail. I'm not sure if we have replaced any ink other than maybe one bottle of Black ink in three years of constant use.

Haven't used it a whole lot yet, but setting it up was pretty simple. Really like not having to deal with cartriges anymore. What we have printed off has been nice, especially the pictures

Easy setup. Excellent print quality. It lacks a touch screen. Arrows and push-button entry. Average document feeder which can't handle thick photo paper without jamming. The large ink tanks save money. Initial printer setup fills the maintenance "waste ink" box receptacle over 3/4 full. Epson does not provide a replacement maintenance box in the original package, requiring you to purchase one soon after buying the ~$400 printer. This will cost you between $10-15 + shipping + personal inconvenience.
