Epson eco tank is the only printer to buy. So sick of replacing ink cartridges. This is my second epson eco tank. I would give 5 stars but with both printers I had a hard time hooking up to wifi. I actually had to put the printer right next to the router in order for the printer to find the wifi. Once connected, I was able to move the printer back to my desk, which is only 20 feet from the router to begin with. Customer support was not helpful at all. three attempts to fix the problem and every reprsentative simply told me to contact my internet server provider for help. I think they just read from a script.

Great set up support. Easy to use. Good quality prints. Everything as advertised. Value for the price.

Just like the old Epson, but much better because it has a tank for ink, so far it works great, I haven’t tried to print a picture yet, but I will before long

Prints a lot faster than our 10 year old printer, as expected. Good all around home printer and I really like the big ink tanks. Once you read the manual it’s easy to use. It can be set to shut off by itself which is a big plus for me.

This is a wonderful printer and so easy to use ! The price is right and the bottles of ink are economical to use. Piece of cake !

Awesome printer! Love it, love it, love it!! Great to not have to buy cartridges all the time. I print quite a bit and my ink levels have hardly dropped. Plus the ink is cheaper when I do need to buy it. Prints are great quality and the printer is much quieter than I thought it would be. Don't know why I waited so long to get it. Best move ever! Highly recomment this printer!

I have already saved on ink alone. The set was a breeze. The quality of printing is a great.

have only had a couple of weeks ,so far so good was very easy to set up and prints very clear pitchers from my phone

The network setup went smoothly with no issues. I used a network cable to attach it to my router. The EcoTank feature for filling the printer with ink is simple and pretty goof proof. It is bound to save money over time since all you have to purchase is ink to refill the ink tank. I also like the large paper capacity. The only drawback I have experienced so far is that the LCD screen IS NOT a touchscreen. Seems like Epson missed the opportunity to have a super nice printer here since most printers in its category have a touchscreen. The printer that my new Epson 3850 replaced had a touchscreen. So, I find myself trying to use the LCD screen as a touchscreen instead of using the button panel to the right of the touchscreen. I will eventually get used to it, but a touchscreen should have been designed into this printer. No real complaints. The Epson 3850 appears to be an excellent printer.

About a month ago I bought the ecotank ET-3850. I have been so pleased with it. We use it pretty much every day. I was so amazed by the photo quality! Reading reviews I was prepared for a slow printer. Originally I had planned to get a color laser printer but with the price of the ink cartridges I decided it was not worth it. The ecotank would fit our needs best even though it would print slow. On the contrary, I have been very pleased with the speed at which it prints. It's way faster than my last printer. If you're used to a laser printer then maybe it would feel slow. I love that it can print double-sided. The ink is easy to fill and we have had no problems with it. Easy to operate even though it does not come with an instruction book. Bought because it has an eco ink tank. I am in my eighties and always purchased an HP because it made great copies and was ink efficient ( I never gave this a second thought at the time). The last HP cost me more in ink than the cost of the printer. When I put in new ink cartridges it still measured empty??? I do not think I ever got more than 30or 40 copies before it was empty. I could not even get it to stay on draft for more than one copy at a time

Excellent printer. Great price and great printing quality. So easy to set up and enjoy not having to put new printer cartridges in every 2-3 weeks!

Love this printer! Ease of access, ink consumption and overall quality! Go get one and you’ll be happy with its performance all around. Not to mention that you won’t be running to the store every other week for ink!

Easy to set up. Enjoy not having to worry about cartridges. Ink easy to fill tanks hold a large amount of ink.

So far so good. Great features. Printing quality is about average, easy to use, easy to set up. I think the value is in the ink replacement cost that you save over time. Will have to wait and see if the upfront cost is worth it or just a gimmick.

Our second Epson printer in past ten years...easy to use, refill ink, easy connect to wifi and compatible with all our devices! Easy to read screen! Very important to us older adults!
