I have to begin with the service we had from several employees...their names, of which sadly I have forgotten, were all so helpful to us! Our printer is working great and thank goodness for the geek squad that installed it, filled it with the ink, and connected it to our phones and computer, and showed us all about it! They were all amazing.

I am very happy with this printer. Have always had HP printers and its our first epson. Love the Eco Tank refill. Takes some adjusting doing things the Epson way, but it has been a great help not having to pay for ink and your own printing on your own computer like HP charges.

It is a great, compact printer! Excited about not buying cartridges any more!!

Good basic, economical printer/scanner. Print quality (color saturation) was a bit disappointing. Build quality seems a little cut rate. Small interface screen is not a touch screen, so the interface is cumbersome and out dated. Setup was easy with the smart phone interface. Comes with enough ink to totally fill the tanks, which is supposed to last a long time. Scanning resolution is limited to 600 DPI. No Fax with this model.

Overall, we like the printer especially the eco tanks, set up was not user very user friendly and had to use customer support a few times before i had everything working properly. Additionally, it does not have a touch screen which is not too big of a deal however it is hard to tell which option is selected on the screen.

Form factor is designed well. Setup was fairly easy, but took time as I had to run through the setup twice due to an unknown glitch. Physical printer Controls & menu is simple. Printing selection for different sizes and types of paper can get confusing- not as simple as it can be. Printing Quality is good. Refilling ink is much cheaper and easy to do. Overall: it was a good buy; Able to do a lot, but I feel like it should be easier to utilize all its capabilities. Would buy again.

Easy setup. Print quality is good. Printing from mobile devices works well Would have been 5 stars if it had double sided scanning.

Very efficient and easy to use. Your ink will not run out as quickly as you used to experience with cartage type printers.

I love my Epson EcoTank ET-3850 All-in-One Supertank Inkjet Printer. As a teacher, I have to print a lot of projects, which used to cost me a fortune in ink expenses every year. However, since I bought this printer in June last year, I have only used half of the ink. It has been a great investment for me.

Great printer easy to set up and like self fill ink feature

We were a bit skeptical about the tank printers, but traditional primers are eating ink like crazy. Once you get used to the odd menu navigation and lack of touch screen, the printer went through a lot of alignment calibrations, eating up my paper. Once we started using the printer, I noticed the ink levels weee not dropping like I’d expect. After a few weeks of my work paperwork, the ink levels are still high. Normally I’d be replacing an ink cartridge by now. With the low cost of the tank refills, the great quality print and ink tank longevity, we couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

Fast quiet and quality printing. Ink refilling was simple and clean. Very happy with this printer.

I was looking for a home printer/copier that supported both color and black and white colors and print. The printing and copying quality is very good for what I needed. I also wanted a printer that had ink wells instead of expensive cartridges. Be careful when loading in the ink as I have a spot of red ink on my carpet. I like the fact that you can actually see how much ink is left in the well for each color.

Printer was easy to set up. I've had this printer since January 2022 and have not had to buy ink yet. The print is crystal clear.

It works just as expected, sometimes slows down but overall good.

This is our second copy of this printer. First was donated when we moved cross country. Meets our needs for a home copier and printer. Excellent paper handling and good colors. Very economical cost of inks.

Excellent printer. Connects to my home network with no issues. The Ecotank is a game-changer. I printed about 70 pages with color and did not need to worry about replacing any cartridges mid-print. My wf-3720 was a decent printer but was hindered by the number of cartridges needed. It had connection issues among a few mechanical issues that required frequent attention. as my wf-3720 only lasted 2 years, I decided to purchase the geeksquad protection plan good for 4 years. Cons- not as fast as a toner printer but fast enough for a home office.
