The Epson prints a little slower and not quite the sharpness of the HP but the savings on ink is outstanding! For everyday use in my home office the Epson does the job well.

Ink storage big feature and certainly don't miss buying and changing those cartridges. Keyboard small and a bit cumbersome to navigate.

I don’t like that the screen is not touchscreen. It was not a good choice for my home business use. It would be perfect for home use, college dorm, etc. but for my needs it is very slow

The new one is loud and we had to replace it once already because it stopped working! Wish it was the same quality and quite like our last one that stopped working

I'm glad I made the switch, I am going to save a lot of money on ink & "no more cartridges". It can handle any printing job-big or small. The quality of the photos are actually better than I thought they would be. i also like that I can send print jobs from my phone or tablet through the smart app

I wish the new one had a touch screen like the older one but still not too much trouble - just a little different.

I use it to print courses books for homeschool and it is just amazing!! The ink lasts for what seems like forever. I’ve printed 5 books being 270 pages, full color. The rest of the books are between 70 and 150 pages and I’ve still not had to add ink. This is the best printer I’ve ever owned.

As an educator 8 print countless copies daily, ink was very expensive and would finish quickly. Someone recommended this brand and I was sold. I researched, read reviews, watch reviews on YouTube, made the purchase and so happy! The printer may seem expensive but it prints a ton and the ink is CHEAP!!! Get yours!

I am impressed with how non messy it is to load the ink. My spectrum internet is slow and I would have to leave the machine for it to set up. Then in the middle of the night it just started printing everything out. A real nice printer. Prints very well.
