It is okay printer. Paper jammed few times in a month and printing speed is kind of slow.

It does not make some normal tasks as easy as they should be. No manual or instructions, they do not make it easy for you!

Super easy to set up and my documents look fantastic on the premium paper.

Not the best printer, but it serves its purpose. Other than the fact that you can print a lot of pages with it, I still prefer to use my hp printer when it comes to quality.

Great worth the money works great for what I paid but sometimes prints bad

Worst printer ever. Been in IT for 20 years. I have had to wait 20 minutes after a power failure to print while it warms up. Constantaly having issues to print, and takes forever to actually print anything. The only reason I bought it was because of how ink is done (no cartriges). The interface on the printer itself is a mess of buttons, no touch screen. The web interface on the printer is circa 1990, so you have to use a cloud service to manage it. And you cannot scan to a shared folder. Buy a HP, not this. I hope somebody steels this so I can get an HP printer.

The printer is fairly fast and the quality is good BUT I have to connect it to WiFi every time I use it. It sits 6 inches from my router. I would not buy again just for that reason.

I followed to the letter instructions for set up but it was one glitch after another. I spent hours on the phone with Total Tech and Epson tech support getting the printer to operate properly. The display is useless unless at eye level. Who puts a printer at eye level? The icons to use the display are confusing. My previous HP printer display was at about 45 degrree angle for easy viewing looking down at it and controls were labeled to easily know what they are instead of Epson's cryptic symbols. I am not impressed with the print quality both black/white and color. Color is most disappointing. I bought this Epson printer based solely on the EcoTank feature. This printer should be priced at about half of what it is.

We find this printer unnecessarily complicated to operate. Epson printers we've had in the past have been great, which is why we bought this one. We'll probaby end up replacing it, it's such a nuisance. Why can't "designers" leave well enough alone?

One star for registration and lack of customer support. The printer connected flawlessly and prints great. BUT when I tried to scan some documents it all went south so it's a really expensive printer with zero other uses.

The Epson 3850 is the most frustrating printer I have ever owned. It stops printing in middle of a document and then will start it over again. It can take 3-5 minutes for it to print something. I have had professional computer tecs to my office twice to set it up then trouble shoot the problem. speaking to tec support got me no wear when I called. they gave me the website to look up trouble shooting. The Scanner only works half of the time, it says it's not connected to the printer even though the print report says strong connection. The Epson ET-3850 company must have either built mine wrong or this printer is very flawed. I would suggest not to buy the Eco tank Epson ET-3850

Love the ecotank printers because of the ink bottles. I bought this printer so I could feed my pages into the printer for scanning. This function DOES NOT WORK. Beware of this before you buy.
