I love Epson Printers. this is my second one. the ET-3850 is the perfect size for my desk in my house. The cartridges last forever. the size is perfect and very easy to use.

Mostly I love this. However since my laptop doesn’t have a place for the cd , setting it up was brutal. I could not get it to scan. I could get it to print from my laptop. I called multiple times for help and they kept sending links which I kept uploading but they did not work at all. I finally insisted on someone talking me through the set up and at this time ( fingers crossed ) I THINK It’s scanning.

Purchased this for my wife because she is a school teacher and PRINTS a ton! This ink has yet to reach the 3/4 mark on the tanks! Seriously impressed with the effiency of this printer! The only this that stinks is I wish it had a touch screen display. Using the keypad on these Epson printers is terrible. For the most part, my wife uses the software when scanning, but a touch screen should be on this printer. We can recommend this printer for how well it saves on ink.

Easy set up. Ink is easy to load. Printing is on par. Haven’t used it very heavily yet, but impressed so far, compared to my last printer experience.

I have only been using this printer for a couple of weeks but so far, I really like it. Printing is easy and fast. It does a nice job scanning multi-page documents and sending them to my computer in an easy-to-use PDF. Hopefully, it will hold up to its claims regarding the number of sheets/ink fill. It is replacing my old WorkForce 845 which was an expensive ink guzzler.

This printer was easy to set up, though it took longer than I anticipated. It works well, but is a bit noisy. The only problem I’ve had so far is when using the print preview function. The view is unreadable. I haven’t pursued troubleshooting that yet. I haven’t used the fax as I don’t have a landline. Overall, I’m pleased with it. I wanted one that I could lift and carry in the event it needs repair. This one is light enough. Other printers I liked were too heavy (I’m a senior). The ink supply was a major factor in my purchase. I’m hoping the ecotank feature is as advertised, and lasts a long time.

We have only had the printer for a little while. My daughter and grandson have used it many times and they are very happy with the ease of use and the auto fill features. THANK YOU for a wonderful experience.

We love it, small doesn't require a lot of room and set up is easy, Perfect for a small office and ;personal use.

Great printer so far. However, I thought it would print a lot faster than it does. My main thing about buying this printer was the ink. I've had so many printers and the cost of ink has always ended up costing more than printer itself. So it's still yet to be determined if the ink will last as long as it says. However so far it is good but it is starting to make a squeaky noise when I feed a paper on top to be copied or scanned. Thank goodness I did get extended warranty. It's only been a month since I purchased.

I am very happy with this printer. Have always had HP printers and its our first epson. Love the Eco Tank refill. Takes some adjusting doing things the Epson way, but it has been a great help not having to pay for ink and your own printing on your own computer like HP charges.

We are enjoying this Epson printer and the new ink that is supposed to last longer. I have it paired with my phone and it works great.

Easy ink filling. NO MORE CARTRIDGES! I like the small footprint of the printer. Easy paper filling. I also like the white instead of black exterior.

I had a print originally that was new and didnt print. Because i had the Geek Squad protection plan I was actully able to return the defective item, and replace it with this beauty! I am in love! The printing isnt to fast but also not actully slow, the print is neat clean, and does the job. The ink went fast at the starting print, but there was enough in the bottles i received in the package to refill completely. If you can fall in love with a printer this would be the only to steal your heart.

The Epson printer is great. Compact and produces clear and crisp copies. It is easy to use and have not had any problems.

Printing quality is excellent. Adding to the ink tanks is easy. Loading the driver and connecting to our home network was easy, also.

Have enjoyed this one. no ink cartridge's to use or to waist. easy fill on the ink. quality is very good for what i am using this printer for.

Iv had nothing but a headache with this thing. The concept is great, it prints great on paper, but if you are constantly using it for index cards OR 8x11 sheets of stickers on a template its a nightmare. I have had to take off the back at least 30 times to dig a sticker out because the U-turn it has the paper make to go from in and then out sometimes peels the sticker off the paper and then gets stuck on the roller. on the flip side, doing edge to edge printing on cards is awful even with manipulating the settings its never what you really want, and ive probably wasted 100 or more index cards trying to get it to print how I want to just say screw it good enough.

I had a WF3640 that was a great printer for 7 years. So naturally I went looking for another Epson. These models caught my eye cause of no cartridges to deal with. That is one of the Pro's. Clean clear printing is another. Have done a few color printing which looked good but no photos yet. Con's only one paper tray, I do envelopes and PDF's mostly so kind of a bummer. Second I can't control the scan from my computer I have to do it on the printer. Maybe I haven't installed the Smart Scan right. Overall I'm happy with the purchase
