Iv had nothing but a headache with this thing. The concept is great, it prints great on paper, but if you are constantly using it for index cards OR 8x11 sheets of stickers on a template its a nightmare. I have had to take off the back at least 30 times to dig a sticker out because the U-turn it has the paper make to go from in and then out sometimes peels the sticker off the paper and then gets stuck on the roller. on the flip side, doing edge to edge printing on cards is awful even with manipulating the settings its never what you really want, and ive probably wasted 100 or more index cards trying to get it to print how I want to just say screw it good enough.

After 3 other printers is 3 years, I finally have one that is working!

Purchased this Epson ET-3850 printer because of the Epson name and because of the supertank ink supply. As ink is very costly and typical ink for inkjet printers doesn't last as long as usually advertised, I am hoping Epson saves me the cost of endless inkjet cartridges.

Love the printer. Ink bottles easy to use. Printer is compact on the desktop for all its features. Large paper tray. Hate that Apple Mac does not support two-sided printing. Apple and Epson seem to be pointing fingers as to whom is to blame, who is going to fix it, and when is it going to be fixed; Epson loses that game.

I purchased this printer to replace an older Epson eco-tank and this one is much smaller and has the same features. The ink filling system is much improved. Just open the tanks, open the bottles and turn the bottle upside down on the special tank fitting. The ink automatically goes in. No more spilling ink or squeezing bottles. I did have trouble getting my network to recognize the printer and had to enter my network password several times.

Louder than expected, but we like it. Fills our needs, so far.

I replaced and HP OfficeJet after getting feedup with cartridge costs. This machine has everything the OfficeJet had except a fax. (Next module up adds a fax). Surprisely, it came with full ink bottles that filled the tanks with a little left over. I don't expect to have to by refills for a few years. Print quality, paper handling (does double-sided printing) and their software is magnitudes better. So fair, totally satisfied.

Very easy to set up. Prints great. If I had to do it all over again I would buy this printer again.

Bought this printer a month ago and so far it’s working great! I was surprised at the print quality in black and white as well as color! I had read reviews that said the print quality with color was only fair, but I would rate it as excellent. We’ll worth the money!

The ET-3840 from Best Buy is the best printer I have had in the last 25 years, even the scanner works and the ease of operation with the printer is grand, and saves time, even the collation feature saves time. I am telling my friends,

Excellent printer, and every economical in terms of ink replacement. The only disappointment is that the control screen is not a touch screen, but rather uses a rather clunky method of pushing buttons on the side. We also have a ET-4760, which has a touch screen, and this is preferable. Still recommend, as it is a good value, if you don't mind the way the control screen works.

I've had this model for over a year now. No issues at all to report. I am still on my original ink supply. No issues with the ink or with printing quality. It does get used more often during the school year by far, but it has also gone unused for several weeks at a time in the summer and works just as well as ever.

Best printer I have ever had. I print and scan quite a lot and was looking for an all in one printer that could meet the demands of my job and I found it ! The speed, quality, durability, and savings on ink are unmatched . I am beyond impressed with its capabilities.

Unit set up was easy and printing and scanning works very good and is also easy. Print quality also very good.
