Printer works as described. Love the idea of not buying cartridges and the ink last a long time. I print about 600 pages per month. I use the unit wirelessly and my only issue is the length of time the printer takes to start any project which is annoying. I'm used to having an immediate response. Scanning software could use some improvement. Overall a very good printer.

I really like the large ink supply that comes with the printer. The cost of the ink overshadows the cost of most printers over their expected lifetime. The printer is lighter that the HP it replaced, but doesn't shake my rickety table like the HP did. One negative is the lack of a touchscreen. It has a LCD screen, but you have to push buttons to make your choice.

I have been pleased with the Epson so far. I like the compact size, tank ink technology and ability to print tw0-sided. These seem to be enviro friendly features. I have not given it difficult print challenges yet. The set up was ok but was more challenging than I expected.

Easy to set up and use. Fill tanks with ink, connect and start printing. Good quality printing!

This printer was very simple to setup and use. If you need to scan lots of documents, the document auto feed is amazing and will save you a lot of time. The inks are a lot cheaper than cartridges and great for every day use. I was able to easily connect my phone and laptop to the printer. The only downside I can think of is that the power cord might be a bit short, but it wasn't an issue for me.

Wow, what can we say? This printer has been a God Send, Granted, the initial cost had been a bit much, but after considering the printers long term utilization capabilities out weighed the less expensive jet ink printer. This printer has become the best printer ever.

I like the fact that the ink lasts much longer than my old HP printer. However their was a big learning curve for this printer. I had to call the Geek Squad in order to get the printer to scan documents.

It does what it states in the description. However, it's quite slow at times and fails to print often. I have much higher models with the same brand that a far better options, but quite expensive. The ink lasts for a very long time, that is consistent across all ecotanks.

The ET3850 prints well and does not use much ink. I only give it 4 stars as: 1) the 2-sided feature is difficult to program with my MacBook computer. I have to search the menu for it each time. 2) The screen is NOT touch screen and you have to use arrow keys to navigate the copy and scan functions and then hit another key to activate the function you want.

Very pleased with the photo quality. This is why I chose this printer. Like the size which fits nicely on my craft table and the making of this copier was not as cheap looking and feeling as other printers I had seen.

Wow what a great machine!! The setup was very easy to do and don't even get me started on the awesomeness of the refillable ink. Wifi connectivity from all devices is fantastic!

Only giving 4 stars as I have only had for 1 week So far, so great!!!! No complaints, however Best Buy's description has it as having a touch screen... WHICH IT DOES NOT,,,, Epson's site is correct, Best Buy needs to update their description as I bought this based on that, however, I am using the App which is better than if it had a touch screen, so I am not that upset about it.

At a third the price of a laser printer and affordable ink refills this printer is a good economic choice. Reliable wireless printing from both PC and Android phone. But it's really SLOW. If you need volume printing or quick turn around the savings may not be worth it. The scanning sheet feeder is iffy so i usually scan manually.

So far this prints really well. I haven't tested the fully capability of this thing yet, but basic printing works great. One thing that annoyed me is I couldn't top off the color ink after the initial load. The black ink did it, but not the color. Maybe it needs to get to a much lower level. I dunno.

Quick and simple setup combined with compact size and quiet operation make this midrange printer a real value.

I LOVE this printer. I did research before I went into the store. The salesperson that helped me actually agreed it was a good printer. I never had a printer with the "tank" but I can tell you it is saving us money.

Awesome Epson eco tank printer. Prints perfectly. This is 3rd Epson purchased for personal, work at home and Friend’s business. Replaced Hp and won’t go back.

Printer works great and got a good price for it. Only thing missing is fax features only available in the higher price models. Easy to setup and for the price is great. I love how it doesn’t have subscriptions like some printers have now
