The print quality is o.k., but it constantly loses connectivity and has to be reset. And the time from sending the print job to actually printing the first page is exceedingly long. Like send the print job, then go have a cup of coffee. By the time you get back, it may have started printing. Overall I wish I'd bought something else.

Outstanding print quality! Machine is quiet for its size. The eco tank is a nice feature. You can clearly see how much ink you have, Refilling is very easy. Just snap the bottle on and go. Would highly recommend.

So far the printer is working quite well, but I haven't tried all the functions and features yet. I'm pleased that it is faster than my previous Epson. I went ahead and spent the money (not the cheapest printer) with every hope that I will make it up by saving on ink purchases!

This printer is super fast and produces a quality product. We bought this printer for its ink system and so far have not been disappointed. It hardly uses any ink compared to our old HP with ink cartridges.

Had 7-8yr old wireless hp printer before that worked great. Bought the epson for the ink tanks because we were tired of buying expensive ink cartridges. The epson is super glitchy, it freezes up and constantly looses connection, regardless how close it is to router. Only way it works is to turn off and back on. Sometimes needing to be unplugged because the off button causes it to freeze. Would not recommend this printer at all!! Stick with HP if your choosing between the two. Printing quality itself is great. If noise matters, the HP is also quieter. Frustrated with printer for the $300+ we paid.

Works well has printed a well over 2 reams of paper with no issues still same ink just about to refill. Getting rough on controls though unless using phone and app

On my Epson printer, NO MORE Cartridges, so easy to use, it’s my favorite printer yet, it’s dependable, easy to refill. This printer should recieve a award for genius, Thank you for making my life easier ❤️

Printer is nice, just a little slower than I like. Also, the printer is very loud while printing. My last few printer (which were Epson) were really quiet while printing and faster. They were also much cheaper.

Very good product with excellent quality print copy. Great use of fluid ink. Only issue is with software. Very slow, poor quality and rather difficult to use. Takes several installs to get everything working correctly (Scan, etc.). Epson will wipe out HP if they fix the software.

Easy to use and easy to set up. Works and prints great.

The ink is easy to refill and instructions seem simple. Quality of print I rate a 8 out of 10 which is pretty good for my standard.

We are loving this Epson ET-3850! We purchased back in December 2022, have printed quite a bit of paperwork and we are just now, in May 2023, having to replace the ink! Although, it does not do great photographs...just mediocre on the photos.

We have only had this printer for a little over a month but so far are pleased with the quality of print, the price and the fact that the ink will last a heck of a lot longer then my old Epson.

Fantastic printer. Easy setup except I have not been able to get it to work with wifi. Not a necessary thing so using it direct connect to computer. Does everything I need. Would recommend this printer to everyone. Love the reservoir type ink.

Probably the best printer I have ever bought. We have printed a bunch. Both sides. Even did a booklet style. All worked well. Scanned in a bunch of papers both side at one time which was easy to do. And the ink. Lasts a long time. Would had to replace cartridges at least three times by now. Highly recommend this printer.

I really like this printer and the fact that I don't have to buy cartiages any more. It's easy to use, the only thing that I don't like is the display, requires too many button clicks if you need to make copies.

Had issues connecting to my devices had to do it a couple of times for it to work a little confusing but after all said and done I got it to work

switched from HP printer to this one because its ink supply lasts much longer. It has a document feeder for copies & scans. The print quality is great. It has a much larger paper tray capacity, too. There was a bit of a learning curve but that is because I have always had cheap HP printers that were easy to understand.

I've been wanting to escape the hp printer hellhole for a while, and I splurged on this beauty on black friday. I am impressed at how quiet, quick and sleek it is. As a homeschooler who prints out *a lot* of things this is really economical because the inks do cost an arm and a leg like most other brands. Well worth it!
