This printer is okay. I am a long time Brother believer but opted for this when my old printer bit the dust. It was recommended by a friend. Supposed to be cheaper to use. The ink refill is a great idea & was easy to fill with no spill. Time will tell whether my 4 starts is worthy.

Great printer, connects easy, uses very little ink I was so happy with my first EcoTank I bought a second one for the house. Great product, finally don’t have to spend a lot of money on ink cartridges. Well done Epson.

LOVE this printer! It replaces a small HP printer that was 11 years old, and is unbelievably easy to operate and has some very handy features, such as two-sided printing that I didbn;t have before.

I love being able to see the ink in the wells. I am getting many more copies than with my old HP printer that used cartridges. I love my Epson

Great printer then my old one where i was always buying cartridges this is a great buy and haven't had to refill the ink yet and everything i print has been great

Great printer. Wi-fi works great, installation was easy including the ink. The only issue I had was when I had to replace my router the next week and that was a pain.

Very pleased with the quality of the printer and the sharp printed pages. My first eco-tank, but I like it! Easy to set up and understand how to use it.

I love it! Refilling ink is so easy and self explanatory really. It’s was a little difficult to get started with it, in regards to getting it connected to my computer. But once you get through that it’s easy as pie to use. The quality of print in wonderful for at home printer.

This printer does exactly what it is supposed to do: it prints and scans copies and I am very happy with it. I like the All-in-One Supertank Inkjet Printer. It is very easy to use and not messy.

Once the printer was working, it took more time to figure out all the different uses. But it is a good fast printer compared to our previous printer.

Bought this to replace a crappy HP printer that my wife bought. Working from home, I needed a printer that was reliable and didn’t suck down ink cartridges like it was on a feeding frenzy. The ink is much less expensive and the interface with the smartphone app is robust. I think I made a good choice.

So far so good. I like that i can see the ink. No guessing how much ink is left. Or if thr cartridge is actully full. But the best buy site says its touchscreen which is one of the reasons why i purchased this printer. But its not touchscreen.

I am extremely pleased so far with this printer! I purchased one of the top Epson models for my wife’s office a few years ago and it continues to work perfectly. My only complaint with it was the tiny touch screen. This new model has a nice color, non touchscreen with physical buttons next to the screen.

Easy to use, lots of ink for the money! Less trips to the store to buy ink equals a lot of saved time.

Setup takes way too long but was worth it i guess. Cartridges are getting so expensive but this is a great solution with top print quality.

Easy transition from cartridge to ink, will save so much money over the next few years! Quality is great, mostly used for home office paperwork.

No more cartridges. More ink for lees money. Print quantity is excellent. Print from android and ios is very easy.

Very simple setup and synchronization. The process for scanning documents is a little cumbersome but, other than that, I'm very pleased with this combo printer

The EPSON ET-3850 so far is a work horse. We have installed and used the Scan software and it is user friendly. We haven't used the photo software yet. I had a Canon printer before and the ink was expensive. The eco tank will end up saving us a lot of money.

Never had an Epson before, having only purchased HP. I'm now an Epson believer! Never going back... The ink is long lasting and reasonable to replace. The print quality is exceptional.
