    So far so good. Setup was easy and straight forward. Definitely a plus having a tank instead of cartridges. Printing is fast enough for my needs but scanning is definitely slower. Got it on sale. Still expensive but what isn't costing more these days.

    Good color. Very slow to print. No directions included on how to operate unit. I had a similar unit so I thought it would work the same. Nothing is really done using the LED display. It’s all done with the arrows and keypad.

    Did research on printers for several months. The Epson ET-3850 seemed the best based off of friends input and internet searches. Liked the ink supply component and used Best Buy Service to set-up in my home (which made for a smooth transition in connecting to bluetooth/wifi). If you are a novice at install I'd recommend Best Buy to help you.

    This color printer is overpriced, and the print quality is extremely faded and thin. Even with full ink cartridges, the colors are not vibrant at all. On top of that, the connectivity is inconsistent, making it even more frustrating to use. Very disappointing. Do not buy!

    The Epson printer has been the smoothest upset of a printer that I have experienced. Everything went according to instructions and the few quitches in downloads and cleaning my laptop was quickly resolved and taken care of by the Geek Squad. We are so glad we purchased this model.
