It was easy to unbox and set up with my phone. I agree with a previous reviewer that the reds are not deep. There is less color saturation overall, in comparison to previous Canon and HP. But the reason for 3 stars I haven’t been able to download settings to save scanned documents to my computer. I have tried. I do love the EcoTanks though.

So So far it has been a great printer and scanner copier.

I GOT THIS PRINTER FOR A BUSINESS AND IT IS THE BEST PRINTER WE HAD EVER HAD IN THE PAST FEW YEARS. WE HAD THIS PRINTER FOR OVER SIX MONTH AND THE INK IS NOT EVEN HAFT WAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER FOR ANY BUSINESS THAT PRINT A LOT OF PAPER WORK.

I had difficulty setting up the printer so I called customer service who was nice enough to walk me through the process. I was not able to print anything. The call was disconnected and I called back and spoke to another representative who directed me to use a different app. I’m still having difficulty with this printer.

So far so good. Just switched to Epson after using Canon for more than 20 years. Haven't had any issues yet after using for almost a month. Hopefully it stays that way for a while as we value the reliability of a product and we are very loyal customers.

Definitely an ink saver but every function has been flawless.

This printer was simple to set-up, lightweight and compact.

Thought reading the description it said touch screen, but upon arrival it was not

this is a great machine and helps in my business each day. the color printer is awesome and it helps make my work look easier and more professional. we got it at a low price that fit in our budget and learned how to buy the ink at a low price to help with expenses. we would recommend it to other users

We like the printer, even my wife is able to use it.

I was nervous about the pouring the ink into the printer, but only had slight leaking of the yellow ink. Wiped it off the printer with a tissue. I’m very happy with the printing, copying and scanning. The duplexer works well. Printing speed is significantly faster than my former HP All-in-One. The Bluetooth connections work well, but putting in my router’s password manually was a chore and it took several attempts to get it right.

Purchased this to replace an HP printer that died 3 weeks past end of warranty. I liked the idea of the ink tanks and hope the net savings will be as indicated on the box. Set up was easy and the loading of the ink went smoothly. There is a small amount left in each of the ink supply so hopefully that will give me enough time to buy replacement ink. No major issues with printing although some of the text is a bit hard to read (gray not black).
