great printer good quality great ink color and super fast at printing

Does the job. A little confusing, but it works so I'm happy

Great general purpose printer. I love the fact that I can effortlessly scan documents to my email or send documents to the printer remotely. So far the only thing I wish was different, i keep trying to touch the lcd to control it. Would be nice if the screen was larger and touch screen. I also wish there was a way to setup hot keys to automate functionality.

This is sooooo slow! At times it stops printing the other half of a page and buffers from 15-30 seconds. After which, it proceeds to print the other half. The problem complicates when you print 2 sides. Once one side is printed, it stops too long…as if thinking “Do I print the other side as well?…hmmmm” I thought this is good for business. It slows down your business! The only upside is the ink cost you would incur on printers with ink cartridges! I bought this over the weekend (Aug 27, 2022). BestBuy guys, can I still return it?

Wonderful Bluetooth printer. Compact size. I print a lot with no issues.

This printer starts out good & then after a few months has its problems. It stopped printing, wouldn't connect to wifi & slows down when it decides to print. I got a replacement under warranty & now a few months later, the same things happen. I've spent hours on hold with customer service. Now they won't replace the replacement beacuse more than a year has gone by. Is this printer expected to run for less than a year. If so, tell people the printer sucks. Won't last a year.

I like this printer, but I don’t love it. The bad: it’s expensive, it feels like cheap plastic, it’s loud, it’s slow, adding ink is a mess, the paper tray is small, and it doesn’t scan double sided docs. The good: it hasn’t jammed yet, it uses very little ink so it’s efficient and cheap to operate, it easily recognizes my windows and Apple computers, it’s small…like half the size of my outgoing HP (which is good), the non touch screen is easy to operate…don’t listen to the neg comments about the screen / controls…they are really good. All in all, I miss my HP….even at 5 years old, it was better than this but expensive to maintain. Like Dad said… You get what you pay for.

The printer gets lots of use and works great. Ink filling is easy!

So far this printer has performed well. It's a little slow to print but the ink seems to be holding up well. It's a little early to rate the long-term performance, but the setup was easy and the flatbed scanner had a minor hiccup, but I just inserted the paper from the other end and it fed into the scanner and out.

Have had a few issues with it, however, I think it is a learning curve. As time goes, hopefully all the different pieces will talk to each other. My computer and iPad are having difficulties staying connected with it. Directions for Set up were very clear.

It provides what I need form a home printer. Good quality and features.

I bought his to print photographs on plain paper. The photos did not have to be perfect, but they needed to show details. The colors are off, if you are printing photographs or even doing a color scan of a document the printing is very slow. I calibrated the machine, used it for just a few prints, came back a day later and the print has lines through it. Not sure if it just needs to be calibrated again, or if a nozzle is clogged. I don't do color documents, so I can't comment on the quality or print time for those. But if you are trying to do photos, I would not recommend this printer.

Best purchase for the Epson printer, because we don't have to buy cartridge.
