    I rarely use this product. I just wanted to printer that would scan. The sales person would not allow me to look at other printers, but basically pushed me to purchase this printer. When I asked about other printers, he refused to talk about them. He was the most arrogant, condescending pushy human being I have ever met.

    This printer has been a lifesaver. I have gone through thousands of pages as I'm self employed, and I STILL have not needed to change the ink. Yes, I do use color frequently as well. The printer is beginning to make some noise when printing, however I haven't done any cleaning or maintenance on it since purchasing. I have more than paid for this printer in the year since I've bought it just in what I've saved on the cost of ink! I would HIGHLY recommend this purchase. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is just because of the small noises it's making now - which isn't really any fault on the printer.

    A bit underwhelmed with print quality but if you don’t need crisp, top quality printing then this is a great machine and the savings on ink are fantastic! I would recommend as a home printer but not for business purposes.

    The printer is more expensive, but no more hardly filled ink cartridges. My last printer would cost $120 to replace the ink cartridges. Now is about $60 to refill the ink with a much higher page count than traditional cartridges.

    The Epson Ecco Printer is a great upgrade to my previous one! The only problem I have with it is the inability to scan documents! I will order the upgrade and hopefully it will be just fine!
