    Good printer, ink is easy to fill. Getting connected to WiFi a bit of a pain. Automatic feed for copy / scan is a bit finicky but once material is sensed works great

    Overall, a nice printer. Handles wireless quite well. My only gripe is trying to get it to print in bolder colors - they seem to be a shade paler than the actual pic.

    My wife wanted a printer where we didn't have to fuss with printer cartridges, so we looked at several printers. I went with this one and have been truly satisfied. The steps are easy to follow and the printer doesn't use much ink.

    To say that I hate this printer is putting in extremely miledly! I understand computers and I understand printers. This is by far the most difficult printer I have ever used. First, it's very noisy. Second, it doesn't always print what you ask it to. You have to go over to the printer because it's asking you 8 questions before it will print. Printing pictures is so painful. It just doesn't want to print the picture the way you are telling the computer that you want it printed. When you finally answer all the questions it's askin on the printer, it prints a blank page!

    This is my first time for buying a Epson I had a HP and had to used cartridges but I love this one you place the bottles in each place for filling up it stops and you remove it put the lid back on it and your ready to print

    Excellent printer for the money, and I love the cheap ink refills! Also the 3850 has a much better screen and keypad setup than the tiny touch screen on the next model up.

    Print quality on pictures was not good. Documents are fine. The convenience of ink refills attracted me to purchase but the quality wasn’t good enough so I returned the printer.

    I really like the fact that it has ink tanks and setup was fairly easy, but for the price I expected the body of the printer to be more substantial. The plastic the printer is constructed out of is fairly flimsy.
