This printer is amazing. It’s has been a year since I bought it and I still have had the need to add more ink. Scanner is not so good and could be better. Other than that the printer is good.

My wife and I love this Wi-Fi-connected EPSON EcoTank All-In-One copier, scanner, and printer. I also had the Geek Squad set this up for us, which eliminated a lot of stress.

This installed and printed OK. In Microsoft applications, the prints were somewhat muddled. In Microsoft Word, I started printing not realizing that the print involved one-drive and required a special routine. This locked the printer and now, whatever I try to print, I get a message ... [name of file] cannot be printed. I think the printer is incompatible with Microsoft. Whatever, for me, it now won't print with any Microsoft application. I can still print with other applications; in fact the prints are better and sharper.

I purchased 3 of these for my organization which uses a ton of ink. We were buying new cartridges all the time and it felt like such a waste. We're still printing just as much, but the ink levels have barely gone down! I highly recommend this.

The printer is pretty quiet when printing. Setting up the printer went ok but I am older and somewhat technically challenged . So far i have had no issues and appreciate visually seeing ink levels

Maybe I’m an exception but so far it’s been a really unreliable printer. The first issue was right from the box, the panels were misaligned like this thing was assembled at a tesla factory. Not a big deal as long as it works, so I didn’t bother with returning it. But after owning it for less than 2 month and printing probably less than 40 pages in total it started jamming paper in a rear tray after printing 3 sheets. I cleared it out 4 times already, checked paper feed, but it’s still jamming. The only benefit of this printer is the fact that you don’t have to bother with overpriced printer ink cartridges. Instead you have to buy overpriced ink bottles, but that’s still an improvement. I used to have 2 epson WF printers at work which are either cheaper or the same price and never encountered any issues. I work in construction so those things get covered in all kinds of dust and debris, so that’s why I decided to get epson for myself. Also, those printers had 2 trays for all types and sizes of paper, automatic extender so the paper doesn’t fall on the floor while printing, touchscreen, etc. The bottom line is that this printer was a complete disappointment, especially when you consider price tag of $450.

If my wife likes it, I LOVE IT !!! Happy wife, happy life.

This printer is great so far although it hasn't been a week yet it connects easily and the updates are even more simple. The ink is the best part. The no spill feature on the refill method is very interesting and simple. Not to mention it does seem like a lot more ink and the ink is cheaper then getting the old school cartridges.
