    Setup was terrible and lengthy! This should’ve connect to WiFi! There were too many steps! Very aggravating! It took me about 50ish minutes to FINALLY setup! Ugh! Very draining on the patience!

    The Epson eco printer is great and it works with all our different device. The only problem with it is that it doesn't print photos very well. There is a red tint to all the photos that I never had with the Kodak printer I had.

    I just bought this recently so am still learning; however, so far I am very happy with it. It is capable of doing so much more than the ancient printer I just retired. Was tired of shopping for ink cartridges all the time.

    If I would have known that the printer/scanner did not have an application that ran on Windows or macOs, I would not have bought it. The only way I have found to scan a document is to use the app on my phone, save the file to a folder, then transfer that to a computer. This is a big inconvenience. I have been to the Epson site several times looking for an app like every other printer/scanner I have ever owned had, but if there is one on there, I have not been able to find it.

    Like pretty much everyone else, I got sick of spending too much money on ink cartridges. It was time to get a new printer for my home office anyway, so I went with this. I'm really hoping these tanks lead to less time and money spent on a simple printer. So far so good, but it's only been a couple weeks.

    Not happy about the price, but this device has been more reliable so far than any HP I ever owned, and I've been doing IT work for a very long time. Seems to be reliable, at least up to this point. Time will tell, of course.

    I can't understand how anybody say this is loud when printing. It's a lot quieter than most printers I had. Ink ink ink bless them. When it comes to paying $45 for a sponge with ink on it to print and your lucky to get 100 prints get real.

    I purchased this printer to replace my ink guzzling loud cannon but this one is is much louder. Since it’s still new, I’m not sure if the ink will last longer. I certainly hope so since it’s very loud when it prints.
