Works great, color printing w/o the insane ink cart expense. Plain paper works pretty well, but for color photos it really needs the photo paper but.

Have had this printer for a short time and used some of the features. So far it has worked great for what I needed.

Awesome printer with refillable ink. Only downside would be default color management. Prints don’t look like they do on screen until you change it.

Like the printer so far but can’t comment more than that. It is too new, I haven’t used it enough to write more.

Not enjoying the way screen works overly much. For price seems like it could be touch screen. Otherwise a nice printer. Haven't had long enough to tell if ink savings are real.

I love my new printer. The colored copies are fantastic. The black and white copies are outstanding quality. The scanning capability is so easy to use.

Print quality good when it will print. have gotten an error message with 'filter' error. Each time I have uninstalled Epson software the re-installed it works for one session. The next time I use I get 'filter' error again. This has happened 3 times. Ready to junk printer and find different brand. extremely frustrated as re-install averages 20 minutes. Do not recommend this product unless you want to give to someone to drive them crazy.

Good printer, I like the refillable ink. It takes sometime to setup and needs to be restarted after being in standby mode for a couple of hours.

I like the tank concept and the print quality was good, but the speed of printing was just not adequate. I ended up returning the printer

I’m very please with my purchase of Eco-3850. It’s quiet and very efficient for the price. I was looking for a compact all in one copier not as bulky as the previous copier I replaced.

Many negatives if using for a home office situation. I first off cannot keep this connected to the internet. It will show connected, but my computer/phone/tablet cannot find it. If I direct print, it will print. This is not convenient if you are trying to print something off the internet. I have to email it to myself, connect to direct print, then print. I have not been able to air print in a while either. It says no air printers found even though I am connected to the same internet. Also, it jams when I try to print double sided. This happened very early on. Despite being tech savvy and going through all of the help online, I have not found a fix for this. I also need to scan multiple page documents on a regular basis. When I use the document feeder, it often jams. The ink situation is great, however. Possibly in part that I sometimes have to wait until I am in my work office in order to print things. Unfortunately, I am at my wits end with this printer and will be replacing it before I even use all of the ink.

Unit is good but is described and was sold as “all in one”. It’s not. Does not have fax which I require. Unit returned and upgraded to similar unit WITH fax At additional cost.

Like better than latest model. Do not need cell phone to run. Slow to download files for printing.

Easy set up and network connection Able to print from iPhone and pc seamlessly No cartridge design is a huge plus

Great machines for college students. Have bought 3 now for grand daughters going of to college. 2 have used them hard and often and everything is still working after 3 years

No More Cartridges..used a few weeks, will help me to not worry about saving printing Church items and photos ...Could use better controls like dedicated buttons or touch screen.
