    I spent quite a while trying to figure out whether to go with the ET-2850 or the ET-3850. I'm glad I ultimately went with the ET-3850. So far so good and I can't complain about it.

    Scanner doesn't work right. It doesn't pick up the paper always, needs help most of the time. Otherwise, printing is fine, ink fill is what brought me to purchase it.

    It’s nice however I barely used it and seems like the ink is lower than it should for a one time use. I dislike that for the price on it you don’t get access to the full brother creative print options. Like making greeting cards. This was something I was excited to get and the website it app isn’t descriptive on what machines get what. Very upsetting.

    Great buy for long term use. It a bit pricy for a printer but you will definitely recover the cost over years to come with it cost-efficiency printing ink and paper.

    Working well, and saves a fortune in ink. It will pay for itself in no time. Down side is the quality is pretty cheap - hard plastic, and design could be better.

    Two printers defective out of the box. Both left a long crease from the top of the page to the bottom. Tried different types of paper. Not a printhead issue; it's a mechanical fault. Epson tech support was clueless. What a waste of time

    Quick responses from my desktop in the same room and from my laptop elsewhere. Connection by WI-FI. Included in the cost was a home visit by a Geek to install it. This replaced a larger HP printer which had cartridges. The HP had many issues.

    Easy setup and good printing speed. First picture I have printed looked off on colors. Got to see if that is a setup issue or limitation of the printer. While I didn’t buy it as a photo printer, I do expect good color accuracy.
