    I love this printer. The only complaint i have is it dose not have a paper tray for tabloid or 13"x 19" paper / the rear feed is poorly designed to hold paper

    Good printer. Set up was relatively easy until I needed to use their keyboard. Not clear how to get to it. Eventually found it by pressing button after button.

    I bought this printer because of the cartridge free system. It has performed well and the only issue I have is that sometimes the pages are not always completely straight when they print - just slightly askew.

    Happy with the printer. Wish it was bluetooth instead of tied to my internet connection. This sometimes cause an issue with being able to print. Not the printers fault, just poor internet service.

    It's a good, maybe great printer, especially for an ecotank at this price - but the printing and scanner software is rather primitive. Buy it for the printer, in spite of the software!

    While my newEpson - EcoTank ET-3850 All-in-One Cartridge-Free Supertank Printer prints and copies well, I have not been able to use the Epson Photo+ or Epson Photo+ Tool because it says "must load drivers and utilities first". On both our PC and laptop, the disc will load the "drivers and utilities" up to 99%, then hangs there and doesn't complete the job. For $400, I am very unhappy.

    Great product. BestBuy rep was very helpful and easy to work with. I love the large ink wells. No more expensive small HP cartridges. BestBuy took my old printer to recycle. Thank you.

    Love that I can send something to the printer from my phone…very convenient! It’s not as fast as my Canon was and for the price I was surprised about that. But overall it works great.
