We had the previous version of the is printer. The wifi connection got glitchy. Like the other printer so much I decided to try the updated printer. Great printer! I was able to use the same ink and the thing has been a little workhorse.

So far so good, very efficient and very slim for a printer. I enjoy the updates they have made to the wireless printing from phones and tablets definitely nice not having to always print from a laptop or desktop. Let along always being hooked up by a USB.

Great printer, very simple setup and love the fact it is an EcoTank. Since our older EcoTank printer stopped working it is very nice being able to use the exact same ink replacements. Would highly recommend.

I am extremely impressed with the Epson EcoTank ET-3930. The setup was straightforward, and the included ink bottles make it so much easier and more economical compared to traditional cartridges. Print quality is sharp and vibrant, whether it’s text documents or full-color images. I also love how quickly it connects wirelessly to my devices, making printing from my laptop and phone seamless. The design is sleek in white, and it fits perfectly in my workspace. With the large ink tanks, I know I won’t be worrying about running out of ink anytime soon. Overall, this printer delivers professional results at home and is worth every penny.

The printer is great! I am enjoying a longer time before needing to buy a printer cartridge (as in the past), since this device uses ink efficiently. It took me a little time to understand how to communicate with the printer with an app since I did not have to do that before; however, I am NOW 100% satisfied! The only thing I will do differently in the future is buy the bigger model (same line) with a document feeder.

This multifunction printer works very well now that it is set-up and I'm excited to not waste as much money and plastic on cartridges. 4 Stars instead of 5 because setting up via the mobile device app was mildly "clunky", esp. in connecting to WiFi -- it helps if you wait until everything else is done and then try again -- and scans of documents are slightly off / askew -- just enough to be annoying / not "professional" looking.

Works great. I will have to see over time if this is a better choice than the ink cartridges and if it is actually less expensive

The printer is outstanding. My biggest problem was getting tec support. There was a problem with loading the printer on the computer. The Geek tec support was not able after one hour to solve the problem. Closed out the request and said call Epsom. When we asked if they could call for us they just closed out the request. We called the wisdom number and got connected to a very skilled technician in Manila He worked with us continuously for 2 hours and didn’t leave us until we were able to print. We are both in our 79s and computer technology is not our skill set. We told him we would love to get you a beer.

Easy to set up and economical to operate, due to refillable onboard cartridges. The graphics are excellent for the price.

So very pleased with this printer. Reasonable speed, great color, and front loaded paper. The ink supply looks like it will outlast me. The service at Best Buy was terrific. Very pleased all around.

I wanted to love this printer, but unfortunately it is hard for me to even like this printer. The printer when it works is okay, the problem is it jams often. I am not sure what is causing it. I am a teacher and bought this to help with reading skills but it is so taxing to print the necessary material. If I am printing a 12 page packet by the 4th and 8th, or 9th page it jams. This does not save me time at all. I often have to start over. I, in no way want to waste paper or material but it becomes tedious to go through and assess which page is now crooked because of the jam. normally the page before the jam happened is off. So I have to reprint the jammed page and the page before. A lot of work for what was supposed to help me save time and be more effective at work. The biggest challenge is for the price of this I probably could have bought an older more reliable and established model. Did I mention I am a teacher, money is not exactly falling from the trees. I regret purchasing, but when it works I am able to appreciate it even if it is temporary.

Haven't purchase a printer in over 20 years. Setup takes too long. The app on phone is not needed. Once you get pass the setup it prints quickly. No auto feed.

The printer has performed beyond expectations! I really appreciate the ability to purchase ink in bottles rather than using cartridges. This has been an excellent choice to replace my old printer

Nice printer and very easy to setup. Just the right size.

So far it's much better than my previous HP printer. I like the smaller footprint and the white color matches my office. The scanner functions are also better than my HP printer.
