So far this printer is excellent, quality is great and it is communicating well with my Internet. I like how easy it is to install the ink, to print and communicate with the computer.

Super easy to set up wireless printing and use with various laptops, ipads, phones etc. Print quality is excellent, not as fast or fancy as our previous printer but ink is much cheaper. A terrific printer for home use.

I have only had the printer installed for about a week or so and so far everything is working well with it. The install was fairly easy (using an app guides you through the set up process). The only concern I have so far is the ink. It says comes 2 years (I think) of and so far the process of loading the ink has used about a quarter of the tank it seems, so long term we'll see how that qorks out. Otherwise print speed is decent and quality is great.

The ET-3930 is different from Epson's I've owned before. It seems more rugged and I've only had two minor paper jams so far. It prints well with good speed. The display is different than the display's I've used before. There is a learning curve getting used to it. The one thing that I don't like is the front loading paper tray instead of the back loaders I used in the past. The front loading takes longer and makes changing paper types quickly a pain. So far it's doing the job I need it for.

The printer was easy to setup on all my devices and tank feature for ink is the best thing to happen to modern printing. Price was on par with the competition too.

Perfect for the occasional user like myself. It was easy to setup and connect although I did need to update the software. Print quality is good. I like not having to buy ink cartridges.

It’s a wonderful replacement printer. It’s quiet, efficient and a smaller model than the one I add before. Thoroughly satisfied.

Haven't had it very long, but so far it's been good. The reason for the 4 stars is the setup. For some reason it would not recognize the app on my phone. The printer was connected to my wifi along with my phone, but the app couldn't find the printer and the printer couldn't find the app. After downloading the software on my laptop, and printing a test page from it, the app started working from my phone too. We bought this to replace a HP printer that we would always have connection problems with. So far, no problems with the connection with this.

Great printing and easy set up for me. Like the ink refills.

I am a causal printer. My previous printers have all been HP printers that have failed one way or another over the years. The super tank ink is not difficult at all. The paper tray is more convenient and reliable that the paper feed rack of my previous printers. It uses both wireless and wired connections. It works with Apple Print so I can print items from my phone. The software for the printer is easy to use. My recommendation is to read all of the instructions for setting up the printer before you start. If you follow along with each step as you are reading, you will find yourself going in circles with the software. But other than that, I am happy with my purchase.

Very easy to set up. Suggest prior to setting up to view various You Tube videos about setting up. Like that I won't have to add cartridges all of the time.

I am very happy with my recent printer purchase. It was easy to set up. I like having larger capacity ink tanks and paper tray. The print quality is very good.

Easy set up, prints well from phone and computer, form anywhere in the house

This was easy to install wirelessly - maybe 5 minutes. This bottle ink prints faster than my old Epson cartridge printer and the quality is superb.

I had a relatively new HP printer that did not work correctly and would not connect to my new wireless network. The extremely helpful staff member talked AND listened and suggested this printer. It exceeds expectation.

This is a well made, high-quality product. Set up was simple and performance is excellent. I will strongly consider purchase of this product in the future. My highest recomendation.

The printer is great! I am enjoying a longer time before needing to buy a printer cartridge (as in the past), since this device uses ink efficiently. It took me a little time to understand how to communicate with the printer with an app since I did not have to do that before; however, I am NOW 100% satisfied! The only thing I will do differently in the future is buy the bigger model (same line) with a document feeder.

We had another brand before this purchase and we were very disappointed with it. We had had an Epson previously and decided to buy another. It was a mistake to deviate from the brand in the first place Easy to set up and works great!

Easy to refill, connected to my home network super easy. and the print quality is better than expected.
