Good picture printing but favorites do not include photo prints so have to tell printer ok to print everytime you want to print photos. Printer is cheaply made and. Little slow but quality is very good. Value for money.

I love it. Easy to use. And the best pRt is the ink. It doesn't dry out and last about a year.

Great printer, but small paper for cards and envelopes sometimes get stuck. Otherwise have been super happy with it, great WiFi connectivity.

After setup, performance has been fine. Had a very difficult time downloading the drivers for Mac systems. Finally found help in the AI world, not from Epson.

The printer is outstanding. My biggest problem was getting tec support. There was a problem with loading the printer on the computer. The Geek tec support was not able after one hour to solve the problem. Closed out the request and said call Epsom. When we asked if they could call for us they just closed out the request. We called the wisdom number and got connected to a very skilled technician in Manila He worked with us continuously for 2 hours and didn’t leave us until we were able to print. We are both in our 79s and computer technology is not our skill set. We told him we would love to get you a beer.

This Epson-3930 printer is working out very well for me. It is user friendly - and I appreciate its simplicity.

Quiet, fast and I love that I won’t have to keep replacing ink cartridges

This multifunction printer works very well now that it is set-up and I'm excited to not waste as much money and plastic on cartridges. 4 Stars instead of 5 because setting up via the mobile device app was mildly "clunky", esp. in connecting to WiFi -- it helps if you wait until everything else is done and then try again -- and scans of documents are slightly off / askew -- just enough to be annoying / not "professional" looking.

Love this printer. It was easy to set up and works well. The service I got at Best Buy was top notch too!

This is a great printer. The only concern that I have is that the duplex printing is very slow.

I lusted after this printer for AGES, eager to be done with the cartridge drama and expense. I have a smaller Epson, the XP-6100 that has worked flawlessly for years, but the ink is so dang expensive. I finally bit the bullet and went for this and I truly could not be more disappointed. The whole thing feels cheap. The paper tray is inexplicably automated and there is no second tray. The pieces like the paper guides are difficult to move and feel like they’re about to break any second. Sometimes the printed page comes out bent and crumpled. What on earth is happening in there?! On to connectivity: it shows up as a printer option on my HP work computer, I send the print, there are zero errors on either end and yet the print job isn’t in the queue and never prints. I was able to print from my phone, but a multi page printing is unbelievably slow. Like, a single double sided page prints pretty quickly but then there is 5-10 seconds of nothing before the next page starts. It is absolutely mind boggling. Anyway, the whole thing is a huge bummer. I don’t know if I got a dud or what but it’s going back to the store tomorrow and I’ll continue my search for an upgraded printer. I hate this thing and can’t wait to get it out of my house. Completely unacceptable quality for the price point.
