Best printer ever, easy to use, looks nice, great price.

I lusted after this printer for AGES, eager to be done with the cartridge drama and expense. I have a smaller Epson, the XP-6100 that has worked flawlessly for years, but the ink is so dang expensive. I finally bit the bullet and went for this and I truly could not be more disappointed. The whole thing feels cheap. The paper tray is inexplicably automated and there is no second tray. The pieces like the paper guides are difficult to move and feel like they’re about to break any second. Sometimes the printed page comes out bent and crumpled. What on earth is happening in there?! On to connectivity: it shows up as a printer option on my HP work computer, I send the print, there are zero errors on either end and yet the print job isn’t in the queue and never prints. I was able to print from my phone, but a multi page printing is unbelievably slow. Like, a single double sided page prints pretty quickly but then there is 5-10 seconds of nothing before the next page starts. It is absolutely mind boggling. Anyway, the whole thing is a huge bummer. I don’t know if I got a dud or what but it’s going back to the store tomorrow and I’ll continue my search for an upgraded printer. I hate this thing and can’t wait to get it out of my house. Completely unacceptable quality for the price point.

I love this printer. This is the second one i have purchased. Seriously, filling the ink every 1-6months instead of buying cartridges that are really expensive all the time is HUGE.

Easy to set up and economical to operate, due to refillable onboard cartridges. The graphics are excellent for the price.

Great product. No more expensive cartridges and the print quality is awesome. Easy install and wireless. Great buy.

This is a great printer. The only concern that I have is that the duplex printing is very slow.

I like this printer cause it doesn’t have ink cartridges you use ink instead.

Good desk top printer, ( home office application) , low volume requirement. Not sure of photo printing. Should serve well in a home printer requirement. Printer was hard to get connected and the software up to date.

Love this epson eco tank printer! Easy to set up and beautiful color printing. Doesn’t take up much real estate. Highly recommend!

I wanted to love this printer, but unfortunately it is hard for me to even like this printer. The printer when it works is okay, the problem is it jams often. I am not sure what is causing it. I am a teacher and bought this to help with reading skills but it is so taxing to print the necessary material. If I am printing a 12 page packet by the 4th and 8th, or 9th page it jams. This does not save me time at all. I often have to start over. I, in no way want to waste paper or material but it becomes tedious to go through and assess which page is now crooked because of the jam. normally the page before the jam happened is off. So I have to reprint the jammed page and the page before. A lot of work for what was supposed to help me save time and be more effective at work. The biggest challenge is for the price of this I probably could have bought an older more reliable and established model. Did I mention I am a teacher, money is not exactly falling from the trees. I regret purchasing, but when it works I am able to appreciate it even if it is temporary.

Prints smoothly. Photos are crisp and clean. Very happy with my purchase.

It has been great. It does all I need and more. Just getting comfortable with settings and the like.

A solid home printer. Not too difficult to install and the colors are good.

Love this printer. Easy to use and the ink tank system is awesome.

Print quality is average. Print cost is high, and ink doesn't last even close to the advertised amount. Third-party cartridges make it more cost-effective and seem to have a higher print count. The printer has better connectivity via USB than our previous Canon printer.
