    Seriously, I can believe the folks at Epson manufactured this printer. The quality is pitiful, full of thin, cheap plastic. The touch screen is so flimsy I thought I was depressing a piece of stretched plastic. The icons are so tiny I could not hit the correct one. The display screen looks like a 1980 video game, and the connection process did not work (I'm not a tech genius, but I've used dozens of products like this successfully). The paper tray is motorized (why?) and will no doubt break within a year, and there is a front panel that lays open and looks ridiculous when the printer is in use. It looks like the whole front is open for repair. I immediately returned it and bought an HP ink-tankprinter, had it up and running in minutes, and the construction quality is so much better. Price not much different. Epson, what are you doing?
