Replacing an older Epson. I'm happy with all the updates. Easy to set up. Well-designed ink tank that was also easy to fill. Good print quality, certainly fast enough for home office use.

I love the accessibility of the printer and it is ready to print at all times. The ink tanks are are much easier than they used to be and the ink lasts.

I have been very pleased with this Epson printer for the past 5 years. This is my second Epson printer purchase and the first one is still being used without any problems. Print quality is great for my office and ink refilling is simple. I highly recommend this printer.

It has many features and the print quality is fabulous. Great color photos come out. The Phone app installation process is first rate. And I love the cartridge free printing.

Having only had the Epson ET-3950 for a few weeks, I was hesitant to switch to a liquid ink system. I was pleasantly surprised with how quick and easy it was to install wirelessly to my computer. The ink also loaded without creating a mess, or even a drop during the process. Very happy to have switched from a cartridge system to this Epson Eco-Tank and look forward to the money saved in the future with re-fills.

Nice product, relatively easy to set up. the network connection configuration was kind of flaky though. took several iterations to get connected to the network. the mobile app was very nicely done to assist with initial configuration guiding you through the ink tank filling, etc. Nice form factor. Looking forward to saving some money on the ink with this new EcoTank technology! The subsequent firmware updates are quirky where the printer is trying to do it itself and the PC application software seems to be trying to do it at the same time and brings up confusing messages that the firmware updates have failed, but the printer is still performing the updates - rather strange.

We love this printer. The color is vibrant and bright. We have a small business and this printer is great for printing flyers. It is very quiet and efficient.

Was easy to install and start using. Much smaller than my other printer I had, which I love. Also like the ink option, it prints really well. I am happy with my purchase.

This is my second EPSON product i have purchased. My first EPSON printer/scanner lasted 4 years and stopped scanning. I returned to Best Buy to purchase a new printer scanner... I purchased another EPSON ET 3950 due to the support and assistance I received with the first one. I was informed by the sales person that the Plan to cover all of my electronic items would cover a GEEK installation of the printer. THIS IS WHY I BOUGHT IT AT BEST BUY. However when I tried to set up the GEEK installation I was informed the plan did not cover an in home set up.. So I had to pay for a home visit to set it up...The GEEK squad tech was able to set up the printer with my MACBook Pro but not able to set up the scanner. He gave me a contact number at EPSON to get help. I asked him why he could not call Best Buy for tech support since BEST BUY sells this product. He told me he cannot do that....So he left me with the EPSON phone number and left without finishing the job I paid for. I attempted to get assistance from EPSON and had difficulty understanding the tech support at EPSON. She told me she would email me the steps to install and hung up. So i had to make another appointment and the first available is Oct 22??????? I asked the receptionist about a wait list. He told me to check the appointment calender which would show cancellations (i asked where I could find it) he said goodbye So the next purchase I need to make .. I definitely will not start shopping at BEST BUY. I am very dissappointed to the lack of follow up and support

Super fast, super simple to set up, user-friendly, and very crisp copies

Easy to setup and easy to use. I prefer the refillable ink tanks to cartridges. Price is a little high.

I am very pleased with this printer. It took about an hour to set up by following the written, online, and on the printer screen instructions. It prints faster than my old one and the colors are good. The assistance I received at the store when I made was exceptional.

The Epson EcoTank ET-3950 is a solid all-in-one printer with very low running costs thanks to its refillable ink tanks, strong features like duplex printing and an auto document feeder, and good overall print quality for documents and graphics. It has a higher upfront cost and isn’t the fastest for heavy color or photo printing, but it’s an excellent value for home offices or anyone who prints regularly.

I am hoping this ink system is going to be better than HP’s ink cartridge. The first pages printed out great without hesitation from print command or calibration. The tray after printing automatically comes out like a landing pad in the future. The only thing was the app didn’t just download and work right away. I just hope it’s not like a centralized center for printing like HP; since that is the reason why I got something besides an HP

I found the Epson printer easy to set up and works great. This is the first time I have owned a printer where you fill the ink yourself but it was not difficult at all.

So far I like it. I only gave it 4 as I would prefer to have a bit more experience with it to give it a 5. It set up easy and is working well so far. Of course the true test for me, is how long past their free warranty does it last? Will it break down 1 day after the warranty or will it keep going like products used to do?
