    We've used it very little since it arrived and we got it hooked up, but it looks like a big improvement regarding regular ink replenishments. Because not all of the capabilities have been tried, I hesitate to give it 5 stars at this time. It works well for simply printing and copying and it's a huge improvement over the last color ink printer it replaced. We're hoping for the best.

    I purchased this Epson printer because my old HP printer had lost some of its functionality, and the cost of ink cartridges was becoming ridiculous. It appears to operate well, and ink costs should be far more reasonable. The only complaint I would have is that it took for ever to download the required operating software, not something which I have experienced before.

    I'm just getting used to my inkjet printer using tank colors. I'm liking the tank colors, but the control pad takes a little effort. I also needed help with setting up scanning, but the Geek Squad fixed it for me.

    It's pleasant to use. Print quality is good. Setup was fine except it wouldn't connect to my WiFi at first. Then suddenly it connected. Not sure what happened, but it's all fine now.

    Printer software installed with no problems. I had trouble installing the ethernet connection. Had to reinstall every thing three times before connecting properly. Otherwise I would have given an excellent rating.

    Overall, I would recommend this printer. It performs well for everyday use, but the red tones tend to print more orange than true red. I’ve had to manually color over some areas with a red marker to achieve the desired shade.
