Very Nice Compact Printer

This printer is working fine for me. It's kind of slow but does the job. I like the fact that the printer has built-in refillable ink tanks. The print quality is very good. The scanning feature is okay after you figure out how to configure it.

I printed multiple documents after the printer was set up and there were no issues at all. I also copied some documents and the copy I made looked as good as the original document.

Best printer to date

All functions are smooth, quick and almost completely silent. Setup was without a problem and very intuitive. Print quality is outstanding.

New Printer and Help From the Geek Squad

I did have to go into Best Buy to upgrade the drivers on my laptop. It took the tech 5 minutes to do that. Took the printer and laptop home, followed the instructions on the app that the tech told me to, and connected the printer to my laptop, and everything works great. Love those Geek Squad folks. They are so knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with someone like me who at age 73 is not great with all the new technology.

EPSON EcoTank

I've been using Cannons for years but my last one died after 1 year, so time to switch it up. I like the EcoTank feature. I hope it lasts longer than the Cannon.

I tried to call Epson. Was disconnected. Next person I talked with was going to call back and then I tried to call her. No suggest. I then went to Best Buy store, talked with Geek Squad and they had answered my question.
