Hate to say, worst printer I've ever bought. Loses connection to the hardwired network frequently. Could not connect scanner to the Epson cloud, so I'm stuck with one scan sheet at a time, and very unreliably depending on whether the printer is "present" on the network or not. Constant software updates, often degrading performance over the prior version - I should learn not to accept updates. Worst of all, print quality not as good as another ink jet brand that a friend bought for at a lower price two years prior. Frequent warnings that I should stop printing because my low ink levels may cause damage. But the tanks are > 3/4 full. (I do love the ink tank approach - I think the hardware may be fine but the software is seriously lacking). Perhaps I got a one-off lemon.

Great printer. The quality is just what we looking for.

Took it 200+ miles to use on the road. I needed to scan, copy and print (not to fax). It worked perfectly. I would like to add, if you are using Adobe Pro (not the free reader) when you scan up to 15 pages written on both sides, once you scan the first side of the group, you can flip them over (keeping them in order) scan them on this second pass, and Adobe will place them in the correct order. Meaning, page 2 will follow page 1, etc. for the rest. The characters are not as sharp as a laser printer would produce, but the low cost per page more than make this slight difference. I connected the printer to my laptop with a USB. I could also print from my IPhone. So far I’m really pleased with this printer. Good luck!

Works very well for my Home. Have never owned an Epson Printer before and after my second name brand printer started acting up I chose to try something different. I’m very pleased.

Having had an Epson printer in the past that would not die, I decided to go back to the brand for their newer version. I loved everything about this printer, the fillable ink cartridges and the all in one features. It worked perfectly for the first few months, and now it will randomly disconnect from the wifi connection. Resetting the connection is not easy and for some reason I have to call tech support more often then not to get it to work correctly. Like, resetting network settings doesn't reset it, resetting everything to default doesn't...I literally bought a printer cable as a back up option because I have found myself needing to print in a rush and not being able to. I think the order to reset is click network settings, hold down 2 keys, let it reboot, jump on 1 foot in a circle and while chanting to the printer gods 3x and then it usually works again.

I returned my old printer because it malfunctioned so I decided to get this new one. Excellent printer I have had it a few months now and the printing is excellent and printing is clear.

Easy to setup. Have not used alot to date, but so far so good. No problems. Easy to link and print from smart phones. It was a little pricey, but will be worth it if I don't have issues.

Love the Eco Tank - less expensive than ink cartridges. However, I am disappointed that it is not possible to make double-sided copies using the paper feeder. Also, I am unable to print (or scan) many documents double-sided without several added steps or printing on one side then turning the paper over correctly and printing on the other side - always a potential for error. If I had known about these two limitations I would not have purchased this printer. The limitations are significant enough that I might not keep the printer.

Like my new printer. Works great!! Still learning all the stuff it can do. Plus very happy that the ink refills are not that expensive.

Finally got tired of printer purgatory and "renting" ink each month for my own printer. The Epson does a great job and ink is so much more economical. No more counting the number of pages I can afford each month!

Great printer. Just as advertised and super easy to purchase from Best Buy. Epson is charging more for the printer upfront to pass on future cost savings when it comes to ink, which is worth it in my opinion.

Quality is great and its super easy to setup and use.

Prints look good Setup connectiond to wifi & phones not ez. Support help not helpful.

So far so good… easy setup and ink loading… done quite a bit of printing so far and hardly a dent in the ink levels. Printed a photo using photo paper and it came out great!!! I think I will really like this

One of the best inkjet printers I have ever owned. Simple, fast, nice color, the eco tank is awesome, no cartridges!!! What!! Yup! Love it.

Replaced old out dates HP printer to this one. This is a mini office printer that does it all. It even alllows to print from your phone which for me is a game changer.

The Epson 4580, was a great buy for me to made copies for my students in color. I get more copies for a small price. This is my second second printer for home and work.
