Excellent printer, specially for a small business. Our previous printer, we went through ink once a month. We've had this printer for about 4 months I believe and the ink hasn't even moved when I filled it up.

This isnthe epson i use for printing on vinyl , stickers, peinting ohotos and than eveythjng else you use a printer for. I reviewed for hours and for my craft an small business needs this made the most sense. The ink refill is sustainable and easy on the wallet

Excellent printer and the large ink storage has me sold. Compared to a Lexmark we had this printer is far more economical to operate and use. Love the automatic internet updating

Has quite a few options AND I really wanted to get away from the huge expense of using “ink cartridges”.!!! Epson also has “humans” to call if you have a question!

Great printer. Replaced one purchased 7 years ago. At 7 years old was cheaper to buy a new one than to repair. Buy ink tank printer. Saves a ton of money on ink.

Had an issue with the first one o received getting stuck in a firmware uodate, however Best Buy exchanged it with no issues. The replacement has worked well for us so far with no problems!

Installed printer 1/1/2024, & have had nothing but trouble since. i have printed a total of 3415 pages as of 1/31/2024 & approx 75 pages accounts for paper waste (pages unreadable & nozzle checks). I have already had to replace the maintenance box. I had a Epson ET-3710 that I installed on 5/28/2021. I printed 13,218 pages before I had to replace the maintenance box, (replaced with this printer). I got 82,345 pages before it gave out, almost 3 years. Needless to say, I will be returning this ET-4850, next week!

The printer works very well. We are very pleasedvwith this purchase and the suuport for it thst we havdcrecrived from Best Buy.

A little slow but okay. Will judge overall use in future. Screen and letters could be larger, especially for senior citizens!

For almost $500, I didn’t even think to check if it did two sided scanning. Printing is slow, but I can deal with that. I really needed the two sided scanning function, but it’s too late to return so I’ll Just have to deal with it.

As a basic printer it’s ok, but frustrating when you printing you always have to approve the paper selection. Printing photos is awful compared to the older inkjet printer from Epson. Colors are off and very little detail

Prints to slow and scan to slow. Took weeks to set up and figure out how. Geek Sq didnt know what they were saying and didnt help!

Print quality and speed is good. Unfortunately, it disconnects from the wi-fi a lot and has to be reset.

Love that this printer has the tank, so it makes refills so much more convenient. The only issue I have is with the initial setup.. It seemed to glitch out a few times, but I was fondly able to get it on my MAC

Ahh yes just what i needed for work and for hobby crafting ! works great for the office and for printing on multimedia ! I love the refillable tanks comparted to purchasing cartridges.

We bought the printer because our Cannon printer head wouldn’t clean and our copies were streaky. This was so easy to set up. No muss no fuss! Like the ink bottle system. Good quality copies!

Really not pleased with this unit. I loved the idea of these printers, but in practice I wouldn't recommend them. The printheads dryout all the time, especially if you don't regularly use them. We are constantly running the printhead clean mode. Our unit was initially replaced under warranty. The unit stopped feeding sheets for faxing. So, we bought another one. Well, within just a few months this unit is now not faxing. Epson is supposedly replacing the unit under warranty again. However, speaking to the customer service is an exercise in pain (none of them are paid to think....just go through their worthless testing algorithm....they seriously ask you if you have the unit plugged in). They said we would receive the replacement unit within 5-7 days. Well, 7 business days later and their incompetent team hadn't even sent the unit out. Please, save yourself the hassle and buy another printer...
