So far very satisfied. Easy to setup and appreciate WIFI printing so printer can be located any where in the room. Did a great job on printing Christmas labels.

I cannot rate this as of now because it is still in the box. Once I set it up and use it I will rae it.

The print quality is adequate but seems to be below the older Epson 4750 that it replaced when it wouldn't print anymore. I used the panel for setup and that that was as expected.

Whew!!! This is a total game changer - to transfer from cartridge use to a tank filled with the inks needed. I can easily see the ink levels compared to pushing buttons and showing me the cartridge levels. I’ve caught up on my printing jobs because I have plenty of ink still remaining for more. By now I would have to already have my cartridge backups ready for insert. My only recommendation for change - make the Home Screen LARGER… remember not all users are youngsters with perfect vision. I will be recommending this item to my friends and family.

Works great at first, ink dries to fast and then unit is unuseable. Had to get another printer, if not printing daily find another one.

Have no fear of ever running out of ink.The Epson EcoTank ET-4850 includes innovative new technology that allows users to see the levels of ink left in the wells. There is no more wondering how much ink supply is left and it does not require an app to view. Print quality is excellent. You can even print really good photos when using a high resolution picture and photo specific paper. Filling the ink wells is easy, quick and strait forward. Just be careful not to spill. The footprint is small considering all that it does with powerful features like fast print speeds, Wi-Fi Direct, Ethernet connectable, two-sided printing, scanning and faxing. Print quality in both color and monochrome provides a sharp image with no visible color transitions or bleed over. Set up is fairly strait forward and easy. It took less than 10 minutes with auto driver installation upon connection through my wi-fi network. If you're old school, you can also connect it through an ethernet cable to your network. The only issue I had was the document feeder and paper feed. It could have been the lower quality paper I used, but it did have a tendency to hang up in the feeds. It's expensive, sure, but worth it in the long run. For those who print often and a lot it's worth it. No more $50 ink cartridges to replace. Be sure to play with the setting when using the scanner. The default isn't the sharpest, Once dialed in, it scans very well.

I’m having all kinds of issues, was good at first, but after a year it has all kinds of issues…paper out message all the time when paper is not, across the board on all types of paper…as well as constantly jams…can’t double side print either, jams every time…

Tricky to set up with our phone and then it went a bit crazy spitting out a lot of paper with a little print on the bottom. Eventually got it fixed. Just seems one thing after another.

has issues with wireless printing requiring power toggle most time. The scan feeder has never worked properly. For the money would not recommend.

My biggest complaint is that this machine will not print on CARD STOCK. In my 50+ years of using Printers, never once have I had a printer that DID NOT print on CARD STOCK. I was told that to print on card stock, I have to invest in a commercial printer machine. Just another way to get more money out of the user.

Having ink glitch. Showed half full, but wasnt printing colors. I am still having issues after clearing heads & considering contacting store for help

Difficult setting up to work consistently with Apple laptop. Phone works fine

Had it rightbat a year. Printed just fine. Kept up maintenence on it and then the drama started. It began to print like crap. Had to keep doing the nozzle head cleaning. Went a month without having to print, well shouldn't have done that it clogs. Will be taking this back, thank God for warranty. Also does not scan both sides. You have to flip it instead of machine doing it.

I Brought Epson ET-4850 last week, this was my first time this happen on a Epson printer, it came looking like used/refurbish, color of panel has mix color with white & tin yellow, there is a finger print on the printer screen, screen didn't have the usual clear flip on it, the Customer service at Best Buy give me a odd looked, not very professional, then input "customer didn't give info on why it got return/exchange on this monitor all I want is an exchange cause been using Epson brand for a very long time and was trust this brand too am thinking maybe QC went down hill or what ? hope they will do something about this QC issue and won't let this happen to other customer.

Slow printing. Colors are not very vibrant. Should have spent the money on a better printer.

This thing prints quickly and quietly, the color is sharp and this product is so effective for my business!

Unable to see print quality and nobody there knew anything about the printers displayed.

I’m sure it is an amazing printer for other uses but definitely not for my small business it slowed me down
