As a small business operator, I needed a reliable copier. Several sales force swayed me to buy this. However, it was noisy and the paper jammed more than I could deal with. Tech person came out and couldn't figure out the jam. The ink may last a long time, but my patience didn't.

Epson ET-4850 printer

Double side print only happens from printing from a computer. This is very misleading from the description. Otherwise the printer works well.
