The feed kept jamming so I had to return it. Was so disappointed. I would have maybe tried it again, but the store didn't have anymore in stock

The density needs to constantly be adjusted. I like the "ink tank" concept but maybe this is the problem? A VERY expensive printer to have such poor quality. My $140 HP printer lasted 14 years and the quality was incredible.

I was directed to download one app that did not work. The second customer service advised me to download a different app and this worked some of the time.
