||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.2nd printer/scanner I bought at Best Buy within the month, Would not communicate with my MAC/MONTEREY IO SYSTEM, Someone at BB said that Epson would connect on a one to one basis so left the 2nd Epson printer with the Geek Squad...they kept it for a couple of days and said it was ready to go...They "hardwired" (which was what I'd been told by BB. WHEN it arrived home, no special cable came with it. Will not connect to Epson. I now have to wait for in-HOME SERVICE TO COME OUT BY NEXT MONTH. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I brought this ET- 4850 all in one printer last week, have been using Epson printer for a very long time, is the first time I received a used/refurbish, the panels color on the printer was mix between white/tins of yellows, there wasn't any clear flim on the screen line a new printer that comes with plus screen have a finger print on it, looks like Epson QC went down hills or what ? I will retry it again by doing a exchange also Best Buy customer service isn't being professional by giving me an odd looked, and input on his monitor saying " customer didn't give reason " when it ask reason on why is return/ Exchange

Good thing is the ink is super cheap!

Otherwise great colors and great printing:but I had to return it since the device is unable to pull the top paper.

A Great New Printer

I went in to my favorite Best Buy — Citrus Park! Michael Cuddyer helped me in picking Epson Printer. They delivered it home in a few hours. Timon Griffin of Geek Service came at the appointed time and set it up showed me how it functions. That’s Service!!
