    I purchased this to replace an Epson ET-3700 that is super slow to print and I needed a document feeder for scanning. Super disappointed in this. It takes forever to scan a page and the feeder jams non-stop. It took me an hour to scan a 20 page document. I love the eco tank but I'm done with Epson after 2 fails. Returning this to the store and looking for something else.

    WIFI is horrible, slow scanning

    Took forever to set up wifi. Constantly loses connection. From my laptop in the next room it is offline and can't get back online 95% of the time. From my phone 2 feet away it is better but prints a few pages, errors out, I restart and it sits there for 1-2 minutes "processing" before it starts printing again. Then back to error status, rinse and repeat. Did this 8 or 9 times for a 44 page document. Slow scanning. The 10 year Brother laser printer it was meant to replace scans MUCH faster and not once in a decade (well, maybe a few times) did I have WIFI issues in 4 different houses.

    I tried to replace an HP Laser that started to have print quality issues. I was hopeful given the good reviews. The printer was easy enough to set up, but all of that went away when I printed one color document. The print quality was just poor, there is no way to sugar coat it. The colors are not vivid and the text is not sharp. I went through the extensive calibration process and was very deflated to see the poor quality. I have no idea what others are comparing this to but 4.5 stars for a $500 printer with poor quality is hard to fathom.

    This printer is very, very slow. It even has a 5 second pause when initiating print on the second side. The print is not crisp and the color is faded. It does not have reduction or enlargement capabilities and it is very laud. Only good attribute is the ink capacity.

    The printer works well but the wireless feature is spotty. I don't move the printer nor the computer and the wifi signal disappears. All other wireless devices in the house are okay except the printer. : /

    This printer worked for about two months then quit. The seller (MAX TECH DEPO) has a ton of negative reviews and here is another one. They would not honor any type of return, exchange, etc... and told me to contact Epson. Epson said to contact seller so I got nowhere. Amazon should not allow this seller. This is the first terrible review I have ever written and I am happy to write it. They sold me a printer after the 12 month factory warranty had expired... I found that out late.

    I've had this printer 3 months and the document feeder has been flakey at best and today it decided to quit. Clearly mine is a lemon. How do I get a replacement? The Best Buy return window has closed.

    Slower than Christmas. Took 2 days to set it up because the driver was missing and even the Geek Squad couldn’t fix. A mgr was supposed to contact me but did NOT! I want the extended warranty I purchased cancelled.

    This printeris a replacement for a model that was better then this one. It is slow and the print quality is not good. It has trouble picking up the paper that i put through it. I would not recommendit to anyone.

    I need scan and fax capability and although this had those features, it was NOT self explanatory as to how to get them to work. I have to open a box on screen in order to scan and needed an IT person to help me get settings right for fax

    I printed a picture with it and the ink rubs right off the paper. When i tried to register it on line it wouldn't let me because it says that it is the incorrect serial number. I took the serial number off the machine and it was the same number on the box. So this was printed on the machine wrong or your system is messed up. Then after installing the printer on my lap top the icon for scan disappeared after using it one time.

    I returned this printer twice. 1st time, i thought the ink carrier was malfunctioning because it kept catching the bottom of my labels every time. 2nd time, i was just angry. It kept happening and i guess its a defect of the product. Never had that problem before with other brands and not since. It would literally catch the bottom and rip/scrunch the page. Destroyed tons of my pages and wasted so much time!

    This printer was not worth the price tag. It wouldn't stay connected to the wifi and had a hard time staying connected to my computer even with the usb port. Maybe just a bad one but there doesnt seem to be a decent printer anywhere

    Aboslutely crappy unit. ADF failed in 6 monhts. Printer failed in 1 yr. Do not buy. Had a better interface than Canon and easier to use but that atleast worked for about 2 yrs
