Easy to set up and connect to. The colors are vibrant.

Bought to replace an aging Color Laserjet. Not quite up to the quality, but good enough and less expensive for consumables. Envelope handling is awkward - there isn't a manual feed. You have to load them in the tray in place of your regular paper. Configuration was a little difficult using wired LAN. Setup app seems tailored for a wifi install. Besides those two minor issues, it's a great value and works well once set up.

First non HP printer I have ever bought and it was the best decision ever!

Overall experience with this printer has been decent. However, the printer no longer connects wirelessly to my router. I've tried everything! Resetting router, updating firmware, reinstallation, updating software and nothing has work. I purchased on 12/23/22, now, 2 years later, no wireless connectivity. I guess it made it just past its warranty period. $400 gone. Never will buy another Epson printer!

So far so good, although I haven't used all the features yet. I was a bit worried about filling the ink, but it was very easy after carefully reading the instructions first.

Very nice. will save money because I do not buy ink cartridges.

Unable to get this machine to SCAN. Followed all directions both online and on my phone. No luck! Not crazy about the printing either. Would trade in immediately but I've already thrown out the box!

Extremely difficult to set up if you actually want it on a multi-computer network via cat5e connection. It's designed for wifi users and people who want to print off their phones. If you want to use Cat5e, it says you can't connect via wifi also. It's one or the other. As to the question about value or quality, I wouldn't know. I've already wasted almost 2 hours trying to troubleshoot this thing so i can get it to connect to multiple computers in my house where i have a network wired office set up. I'll assume it's great if it ever works, but if you plan on using it for a small business, buy something else. My HP Officejet I came from worked flawlessly, but I got tired of being raked over the coals for cartridges. This computer has been a major disappointment. Also has a major design flaw. It's a low power device, but they decided to put a 3 prong grounded plug on it when the majority of printers use a two prong plug with the ground build into the larger prong. Required you to get a heavy duty extension cord.

I had very good help from a young man on the floor. He helped obtain the appropriate and necessary things and advised regarding efficiency and speed of different products!

decent but not the best I’ve had better ink printer printed than this

needed 3 people to install printer and separate scanner installation....all horrible for solid tech users. Years have changed new printer installations to be very difficult where they used to be easy to install. The machine is not a porofessional looking scan or printing. you are NOT getting anything close to quality with this ET-4850 for $399 its quite crappy...

Print quality is excellent, love the colors provided, love the various features and the size is suitable for the space being utilized.

Love the newer printer. The picture quality is amazing especially even printing on regular plane paper

Just bought this printer and found that it doesn't copy two-sided. Info about the ET-4850 states "Auto Two-Sided Printing."

Perfect, no problems yet! I have made many copies and it seems to work very well.
