I am very satisfied with the ET-4950 copier, scanner and fax machine. So far the copier has met my expectations. This is my first Epson copier and have only purchased HP copy machines in the past and cringed, every time I had to purchase the replacement ink cartridge. At some point, the ink cartridge cost more than the Old HP copier. Will see if the ink will last 3 years. I use this as a home printer. Very satisfied with my purchase.

My Epson printer works very well, but I have not figured out how I will get my year's worth of printer ink that I was promised when I purchased the printer.

Take it out of the box. Follow set up directions and you are printing within a half hour.

I like that the ink seems like it is going to last a long time. It is pretty fast at printing color pages.

Disappointed in the size of the touch screen. It is small, hard to see and read. The touch spot is also small and hard to put your finger on it to select your choice or confirm your selection.

Printer is working however was not able to scan a document. Called Best Buy, the person who called to help was difficult to understand, when she supposedly said that the next step I could lose data on my computer, I ended the conversation and still am not able to scan a document. My grade would be C-.

Great printer for the money and an easy setup and easy to get help if you need it!!

IT WORKS WELL FOR WHAT I'M DOING. BASIC PRINTING.

This is better than the Canon 4950 that I bought AUG 2025!!! The printer software works much better --- for many reasons ...

Although we have not used it a lot yet, this printer has been very good at what it does and ease of use.

Easy setup and prints very nice. Uses very little ink.

Love this printer. Took a little extra time to set up but well worth it. Was looking for a printer with front loading paper tray and double sided printing. Also refilling ink is a breeze.
