Printer is working however was not able to scan a document. Called Best Buy, the person who called to help was difficult to understand, when she supposedly said that the next step I could lose data on my computer, I ended the conversation and still am not able to scan a document. My grade would be C-.

This is a Great Printer… uses VERY little ink, which is totally more economical in the long run. Color is fantastic. Easy to set up and print from your phone via Bluetooth…

I am very satisfied with the ET-4950 copier, scanner and fax machine. So far the copier has met my expectations. This is my first Epson copier and have only purchased HP copy machines in the past and cringed, every time I had to purchase the replacement ink cartridge. At some point, the ink cartridge cost more than the Old HP copier. Will see if the ink will last 3 years. I use this as a home printer. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Much better than the HP Printer. I am getting used to their ap and scanning. But, so far so good. Does not loose connection to my computer as the HP Printer did.

I use the printer all the time for letters and when I need to copy items. Very easy to use.

Although we have not used it a lot yet, this printer has been very good at what it does and ease of use.

works great with no problems, so seems to be a reliable printer good for personal to office level work, would recommend this product to a friend.

Love this printer. Took a little extra time to set up but well worth it. Was looking for a printer with front loading paper tray and double sided printing. Also refilling ink is a breeze.

I like that the ink seems like it is going to last a long time. It is pretty fast at printing color pages.

Had an Epson in the past decided to get a competitor brand and was not happy with that one at all bought this Epson eco tank and love it

Good quality printing. Was a bit difficult to connect wirelessly but worked once we downloaded the ap.

Easy set up and performance upgrade. Ink set up efficient and clean..........

Easy to install and get up and running. Very intuitive. I love not being held hostage to that other brand that uses a chip in the software to prevent you from printing or coping unless you use their overpriced printer cartridges or sign up for their printer ink purchases and home delivery. Print quality is OK, but not a sharp as I would like. Colors a bit faded, but all in all, it's a great product, even though it's a bit pricey.

I love this printer. Colors are vivid. I am not certain if the tray that holds the printed 8 1/2 x 11 sheets is functional. The copies seem to sit on top of the tray. I must check it out to make sure I have not missed something.

Color is different when printing than my previous printer ET-4760, but overall pleased with this printer.

love the quality of the printed page. Much better quality than out previous printer.

This printer is quick. Always avioded eco tanks in past and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to fill and set up.
