Love the printer easy to use and beautiful pictures

After purchasing three different printers & having to return them all due to one defect or another, I'm thrilled this Epson is working like a charm.

This is the best Epson printer, by far. We have purchased and returned at least 8 different printers in the last couple of months. This one was on sale for the price of an Epson ET-3850 so we gave it a shot. The print quality and speed are unmatched. I have printed out hundreds of color pages and I don't think the ink levels have moved at all.

I had been looking at this printer for a long time. The one that I had before was drinking up all of the ink even when using Black and White copies. I finally got tired of using my time and money replacing ink. Now once I filled all of the tanks I can print all of my copies and not watch my ink disappear. It prints like a dream. I highly recommend this printer!

Doesn't use much ink at all. The printer is fast, and the setup was seamless,

Setup was easy, good print quality, and convenient ink monitoring. User interface took some adjusting to be able to scan, fax, etc.

Great product so far! Prints as expected! Easy to install.

I'm reasonably satisfied with this printer. It is missing a Print to Email feature that I'm used to having with my HP multifunction. The print speed is kind of slow for a business printer and scanning is also rather slow for a business printer. For this amount of money I expected a faster and more refined product.

This is a great print but I can not get it to print photos?

this is a great upgrade from the Epson ET-3750 we had in the front office. I love the multi-page feeding and the scan to computer feature, I also love being able to print from my phone. It looks great and is a wonderfully multifunctional addition to our office.

Copies come out great. Love sitting in another room and sending things to print via the internet. As far as I can tell these bottles of ink will be lasting so much longer than the expensive little cartridges. Best investment in a long time. ♥️

EcoTank ink seems to last for 100s of pages! Set up was simple.

After many years of HP printers and the endless pages of lines in my print, I made a switch to the Epson - EcoTank. So far it has printed perfectly every time AND the ink is so much cheaper. Time will tell but today I am a fan!!

I wish there was a negative star I could give this printer!! It prints ok but I have a medical office that requires the scanning function to be efficient. I spent so many hours trying to get my medical records to scan without jamming. I tried one sheet at a time , 2 sheets at a time. I tried copying the records on better paper. Nothing worked. The scanner feeder is absolutely the worse I have ever used. Its a shame because the rest of the printer is not that bad. So after my frustration level was off the charts I went back to Best Buys and explained my problem. Even though I am a total tech member and have been since it began, I was told there was nothing they could do. I then looked up a authorized repair facility thinking perhaps Espon could fix this design problem. But the closest repair shop was 50 miles from me. So I decided what is my time worth? I decided to move the printer to the front office and let it be used as just a printer since the scanner feeder doesnt work. And I was foolish enough to purchase another epson tank printer hoping the scanner issue was only on the et5170. I bought the Epson ET15000 for another $550.00 just on Friday the 7/28/23. Lord help me I am sitting at work on a Friday night and this scanner feeder is also useless. So my suggestion to anyone that needs a printer, Its pretty good, but if you need to fax or scan on either of these all in ones. Don't Bother!!! Epson has managed to get over $1400.00 from me in less than a year!! Thats the last dollar I will spend on these products.

Excellent printer that work efficiently. Friend purchased this printer and recommended because of ink capacity and quality of printing.

This machine was easy to install and set up. The ink tanks are easy to fill and always visible so that you can keep track of items you may need to purchase . The color pages are beautiful and I am very happy with my purchase.

For the price, works great. Very satisfied with the scan, fax, copy and satisfied with the print.

Pretty let down with this for the cost. Pros: Cheap ink, fast printing. Cons: Touch Screen could be bigger, issues with paper jams especially in scanner feeder tray, no option for a direct connection option to a NAS for bulk scanning, software could be better (my 8yr hp scanner preformed better( Note -be careful not to add ink to wrong reservoir - I almost did that :)
