I have purchased exclusive epson printers for the past 12 years this one is the worst I have had. Unfortunately it was not put into use for the first 4 months after purchase due to office remodel. So we were well past the coverage time before we found out how bad this unit was. This one is making me rethink my epson only printer purchases.

I have a list of reference # from Epson IT department. I was told that these models have a hardware problem and it will take 5-10 days for a replacement
