Despite downloading and reinstalling drivers 4 times, contacting both Epson and BestBuys, it was never effective. I would like to prevent others from my $633.00 mistake. I now have 180 colored page count and 56 B/W page count usage after over 2 years. Just please be aware. The warranty that I purchased never helped me. Best with any others

After being on the phone with Epson, Total Tech and a visit to store, I learned that there was a hardware issue with printer. It jams constantly! We kept getting the same error message was eventually was not fixable. It is a nice compact size. We had to reset the cloud scan option multiple times.

Extremely slow printing

I spent two hours on two different days talking to Epson. Printer took forever to print any color document. I have a ET-4850 which I have worn out and wanted to replace. I don’t know if this one was just a lemon or if this particular model won’t work with my computer for some reason.

Followed all instructions and... Print is never sharp colors are never bright. Everything on this printer is muted. Already giving error messagees and its only been 2 months since purchase.
