This item seems to have a much improved document feeder and the Eco-Tank features saves a lot for a small business.

I wanted an all in one printer that also faxed.. most printers nowadays do not fax, this one does... It didn't hurt that I got this one on sale for $200 off!

Purchased to replace HP C410 Photosmart All-in-One printer. Ink costs less than C410 and has all features of C410 printer. Epson ET-5850 can do automatic double sided copying, a nice feature because many current All-in-One printers only do manual double sided copying.

I bought this printer a few days ago for our small office. I have known for a while that the Epson product can product high quality image based prints but this model Epson Eco Tank ET-5850 can do it all and I am officially a fan.

Lots of whistles and Bells Purchase for home use all in one This printer will out last my HP all in one which I had too replace every 2 1/2 years Epson INK will last about 6 to 9 months Daily use Software updates are excellent This printer has multiple features Will Scans both front and back And copy front and back You will not regret this purchase

The 5850 is a really great printer. Not only does everything but does is well. I print large amounts a photos and this printer does a great job on them and it also prints them quickly. When you load the printer onto your computer it adds a complete photo program for editing and printing your photos, and oddly this is not mentioned in any of the literature that comes with the printer which would be a selling point in itself. Well worth the price.

Love this printer!! It's much faster than my first eco tank printer and I never have to buy toner!!

Printer works great. Easy to set up and many useful features for a home office, business or personal use.

I love everything about this printer. I have used it over a month already and it works flawlessly. I love the convenience of being able to print from any of my devices and with the Epson Smart Print App it can do a multitude of things that make your life simpler and easier. It was a little expensive but I’m sure I will save money as the time goes by. It was very simple to setup and I was printing in no time.

Great printer. I use this printer for my newsletter to past clients. Works great and is very affordable with refilling ink tanks.

Machine is a beast. First month printed 1200 sheets B & w and 300 color and ink barely moves. The third tray loaded with envelopes works out perfectly. Print speed and scanner speed are very fast

This printer gets it done. Its a lot better than the more compact versions with also more options.

This printer was easy to get setup and seems to cover all our needs and I really like that it doesn't require ink cartridges.

I have only had it a few weeks so a little early for longevity results but so far was very easy to set up. I like the fact I don’t have to replace cartridges. I’m waiting to see how often I can print before filling ink up again.

Great printer!! We homeschool and are using this everyday and at the beginning of the year we print off the new curriculum which is several thousand pages and ut handled the job with ease!!

I own 2 of these machines, one at home and one in my classroom. The quality is excellent and the printing is fast, even for colored prints. I barely have to add ink and I print a lot. I highly recommend!!!

If I could give the Epson ET-5850 zero stars, I would. I have had 3 Epson ET-5850 and they all have the same issue -- cannot connect to the wifi. All 3 printers have had faulty WiFi card. It cannot connect to the home or office wifi, which renders in unusable. While on the phone with Epson support, it failed and there is no power at all, so back it went to Epson. A month later, a new Epson ET-5850 arrived and it too has a faulty WiFi card and does not work. The 3rd one - same problem. Do NOT spend your money on this printer! It does not work at all and you will be wasting your money. If I could give this printer 0 stars, I would. Has a horrible and painful setup as well. Takes over an hour to set up. It does not deserve even 1 star. I do NOT recommend and Epson has 0 support for this and can only send refurbished replacement printers.
