The color, clarity, brightness, and the viewing angles far exceeded my expectations. The sharpness and details I'm able to see with regular TV viewing make this much more than just a theater room projector. Installation of the projector is as simple as sitting it on a stand, hooking up to your satellite and plugging in. The setup of the unit was straight forward and simple, basically a plug an play. The addition of the included android stick which is installed and neatly tucked away in its own compartment makes streaming a breeze. This is a review for the Epson EpiqVision Ultra LS500 Short Throw Laser Projector that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The projector is a pretty easy setup almost out of the box ready...i replaced a tv for this and im loving it.. plus the screen being 110 inches [for me] makes me stay at home and watch movie instead of going to the theater so im saving money...the picture is brilliant nice colors easy on and off .. and it sets about 16 inches from the wall...it's the way of the future i would purchase again..

Should be clearly presented that it is, however, such screen is needed for all and any UST, not only for this one. Installation of the projector was extremely easy, beat in mind that in order to achieve a 120 inch screen you need to leave a huge space between the screen and the projector. The streaming device that comes with the projector is not that easy to use and lacks connectivity, but I just used my firestick and didn't worry about it much, problem solved. I installed y projector in a room with a lot of sunlight, and with the help of the screen mentioned at the beginning, (an Elite Screen in my case) the image is clear even mwith a lot of light. I have yet to game on it, so I cannot say a lot about that but Ive read is ne of the best for that in the market. 5/7

But now that I have connected it to my sound system got to screen and the throwing distance from the projector just right, which is a thing, I love it. Runs off of the Android system, has all the same smart TV features. Including the ability to be added to my Google home. I couldn't ask for a better 150-in TV. Hope I can upgrade my screen to 300 one day and take full advantage of what my new projector can do.
