This projector comes with lots of connection features for most any situation. Standard VGA and Composite for traditional connections as well as USB and Wireless LAN (With Optional device) even an app for a compatible phone or laptop. I tested this on a WiFi Only laptop intentionally because folks are moving to that more and more. There is a built in application that installs on the first connection to the laptop allowing easy connection. It can also scan for connected devices and many can be connected at once. But only one active at a time.

This projector is bright. That's already a plus. I tried it on different surfaces and it overpowers most surfaces, even on a slightly bright room. The way it initially adjust automatically depending on the position of the projector is helpful. It lessens the need to adjust the keystone. Photos do look a little soft but straight up presentations or sheets shown cannot be too small-- but that's why you get projectors, you don't want your audeince to be squinting. This projector is a good one for my presentation needs!

    Excellent Projector for Large Rooms

The Epson EX-3260 projector is an excellent choice for presentations in large rooms. While it is a basic projector it excels at what it's supposed to, projecting a bright, clean and crisp image on the screen. I tested the projector in a well-lit large room. The room can accommodate about 200 people and has a fair amount of natural light. In the "Normal" (vs. ECO) mode, the projected image was clear and bright with decent contrast. One simple feature that I really like and have not seen before is a mechanical SIDE keystone lever that is located on the top just behind the lens. Just like a top or bottom keystone, this side keystone lever adjusts the image quickly and easily when the projector is not perfectly aligned with the screen. Rather than having to physically move the projector itself, this side keystone lever can compensate for a little misalignment which I found to be far easier than messing with the projector itself. Setup was simple and easy. I was skeptical of how well the USB connection would work and if other software would be necessary. But I simply plugged in the projector and my Windows 10 PC installed the necessary drivers and that was it. The remote works well and can even advance slide presentations on the computer, if the computer is connected by USB. I was surprised that the remote seemed to be able to control the projector from any angle and it was not necessary to be directly in line with the front or back sensor. The projector does have a small speaker. The sound quality is not very good but hey, this isn't meant for good quality sound. I am very pleased with this projector.

Amazing quality in a small portable package

This is my review for the Epson EX3260 Projector. I have received this free of charge to do a beta test and review. I have been using the Epson EX3260 for my home & business needs. Straight out of the package, this plug n play projector is amazing. I love all the connectivity this machine offers, and add the app into the mix, it makes for a stellar projection experience. The picture quality is fantastic no matter the task. I have used this for work slides & a software presentation. But I must say the most fun is using it in the back yard & watching movies with the family. We love movie night! Using the app helps with streaming and we are able to use an external bluetooth speaker for sound. Bottom line, this projector is nice. Awesome carrying case helps with portability. You are missing out if you do not buy one.

My family loves home made movies.  We cobble together old VHS, DVD, even iPhone videos to fun flashbacks.   Given the opportunity to upgrade to the Epson EX3260 I jumped at it, time to move the movies from a small screen to the big screen.  I can tell you that this is a simple, easy video projector plug it into my VHS (must have for old movies), DVD, even my PC and play away.   Equal to its ease, this projector is super bright and featherweight.  No need to pull the drapes, or wait for night as this this shines even in the brightest of daylight.  Plus it is so light, I can set it up in any room of the house, or have movie time outside for the kids. Maybe it's because I haven't used a projector in quite some time, but the resolution and color depth I saw from this projector were really surprising in how well they were defined. The clarity of the image was also something to behold. I did have to fashion a ceiling mount for the device as: 1) it doesn't come with one, and 2) the mounts they sell don't appear to be designed for face-down usage. I do a fair amount of tabletop gaming, and my map-drawing skills (like all my drawing skills) as subpar, so being able to project maps onto a table in all their cartographic glory has been something I've been aiming to do for a long time. This projector delivers that capability successfully. It does also work with Chromecast, though I believe there is a wireless network adapter that can be purchased specifically for this device as well.

I used this unit is a few different places and have come to the conclusion the it works Great ANYWHERE! Tried it outside to project a movie and the clarity at long distances was phenomenal! Used it in a meeting room for a simple presentation and it was simply wonderful. I specifically like the way it can be off set to the screen and still project a square picture. The only drawback was the sound was a bit low for a large meeting room, But when connected to external audio that is not an issue. In the living room it was super clear with deep dark blacks with perfect contrast. Definitely a worthy projector. A++ 4.5 Stars

Having tried several bluetooth speakers in the past, I was wondering what this speaker could provide that would be different. From the first song it was evident that the sound being produced by this speaker is excellent. Probably the best I have heard. The bass is the deepest of any other speaker (I haven't test the highest end speakers however). The device also looks great and the lights on the device are a nice touch. This has become my favorite speaker to use.

This is a great little projector. Have used it in a small meeting room and it did very good. Would not be bright enough to handle a large room or one with a lot of windows. The colors are bright and vibrant. The only thing I didn’t like is that it did not come with all the cables you might need to connect it. (Who even uses vga anymore?) I have used it with a hdmi cable. It comes with a storage bag and remote. It would have been a 5 star rating if it came with needed hdmi cable

This is a review for the Epson EX3260 Projector that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. The projector came with everything I needed to setup and start presenting. I have had this projector with me for about a week now and I've been to 2 clients with it already. The thing I noticed is that it was very vivid and can be easily viewed without dimming the lights in the room. From about 8 feet away, I had no issues with adjustments or readability of the text. Given the price and the brightness of this projector, it's hard to beat. The only thing I would have liked to seen a higher resolution model because sometimes we are sitting very close to the screen in small conference rooms.

Good overall performance, definitely need to read the manual closely, not all functions are available from the projector menu, you also need the remote. For those that would think that this could be used as a home cinema projector. It does work for home theater use, but its not for that purpose.

For what it cost and for how good it is I would buy 10 more just like it. There's reason why it cost what it does. And why the $4,000 one cost would it cost I'll stick with this.

    Great Portable Projector

This is a review for the Epson EX3260 Projector that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. As a prequel - I usually deal with home theater projectors being in the custom integration business. This is a review of a test product I received. I got this to be able to take with me, a true portable system. I have a portable screen I can hang with 3M strips and I use this for when I'm on the road. As far as quality goes, this is made for presentation/business presentations, so standard SVGA (800x600) is usually perfect. My screen is 100" and an be blurry if displayed over the entire screen. It also depends on seating. Ideally you should be at minimum of 20 feet (at the 100" size) otherwise it can tend to be pixelated. The projector is bright! When first setting up I had it aimed at my ceiling, next to my light and it was still completely visible, that is quite impressive. Of course a projector always looks better in darkness, so with the lights off, I put it in Eco mode. It's still plenty bright, and you'll get the recommended bulb usage. It has plenty of inputs, HDMI, VGA, Composite, you can hook up just about anything you need to this. The speakers are actually not horrible, of course, a receiver and speakers will always be better. But for it's purposes it is completely usable. It came with is own carrying back which was pretty cool. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the projector and it will make a great projector to carry on my business trips.

    Great usability but poor resolution

This is a review for the Epson EX3260 Projector that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. I received this product with usability in mind. I planned to do a comprehensive test of how the unit performed. I can honestly say that this projectors ease of use far surpassed what I thought it would get to. Perfect menu navigation and an insanely short set up made this a happy experience for me. The only qualms I have about it are the horrendous quality. I was going into this knowing that projector quality is usually not too well performing. However, this one just took the cake for poor quality. Being a new and tested product, I planned for the 3 LCD technology to be a game changer. Little did I know that that just applies to light. The pixels are easily seen from almost any distance and I tend to focus on them which starts to hurt my eyes. This definitely distracts from the content being shown on the screen. All in all, the projector is amazing functionally, but the picture quality is not too good.
