I have had Epson printers in the past and liked the results I get. This model is the base model but is all I need to print what I want to print. I design my own cards and need a printer that won't cost an arm and a leg in ink costs. the quality I am getting is very good.Because of the rear load paper feed I can use heavier stock. So far I have used 65 lb paper stock with no problem.

Bought printer for our church and so far it's great!! Was easy to install and printing quality is very good. I will recommend this printer for small office or home

Printer was bought for home /school work use and it's great. The extra large ink compartments definitely help save money on the long run.

I am getting used to the machine, only issue I have is that I can't figure out how to print borderless. But overall so far very satisfied.

So far my wife and I are loving it. It is easy to use and also does great job.

I was in need of saving on printing costs and this printer was just the one I needed for very large flyer print jobs. The ink has lasted and is still going strong after over 2,000 prints. The printing is clear, though I do wish the color was a bit darker like my other Epson printer prints. I would recommend this printer for anyone who is looking to print large print jobs.

My husband is "old school" and thinks he has to print everything. We use this printer a lot! We have had it almost a year now, and still have ink to spare! I would have had to replace ink cartridges at least 2 or 3 times by now with our old Epson printer. This one just keeps going and going!

Like the quality print and it does not take much space.

Traded in my Epson XL400 to get 50 dollars off. I was having to replace ink cartridge every 2 months even though I only printed an average of 10 pages a month so even though the 2550 was a bit pricey at 250 with my 50 dollars off I know it will pay for itself in a matter of months since I no longer will have to buy ink replacements every 2 month and it prints great too!!

I bought this for my kids to print out his Science Fair project at McPherson Magnet School. All color printout looks great and I also happened to printout couple pictures for my daughter as well for her Journals Teddy Bear using Photo Paper Plus Glossy and the quality was excellent. Highly recommend to buy this Color printer if you want to do both like me.

We use to go thru so much ink not with this printer my wife is in nursing school so she prints a lot of documents we've had this printer for 3 months now and didn't even put a dent in the ink levels yet

I received this printer for Christmas as a gift from my husband. I first heard about the eco tank on Kim Komando radio show. I've owned an Epson 810 for yrs of which I love. The eco tank was easy to fill the ink and setup. It's quiet while printing. I really like this printer and would recommend it. Thanks, Epson

Well worth it - 100%. We now can print anything we want at anytime without fear of yet another ink cart either running out of ink or drying out. I tried all the tricks in the past with refiling my own cats, buying a bunch of generic ink carts even saw the complex attachments that you can add to the printer to allow for pouring the ink. Finally, Epson made the bold move to add $200 to the price of the printer and let us enjoy it without hassle. The print quality and speed on this printer is "the same" as $100 to $150 printers that are out there. I purchased the ET2550 model and I think you can pay more for more features if you want them but the quality will be the same I am pretty sure. Do not bother paying more for the Eco Tank models in order to get more ink. I considered doing this but happy I did not. When I run out in a year or so I will simply just pour an $12 bottle of ink in there and I will be good to go for another year. I have needed to hard reboot the printer on a few occasions but this happens infrequently (certainly no more than every other printer I have ever owned) so I am not taking a star away for that. If there were six or seven stars available I would give that.
