I got tired of spending money buying ink cartridges for my HP. I read that this Epson was worth it so I bought it. Love the idea that you just have to buy bottles of ink for around 12 bucks. The color prints are perfect and B&W prints are great as well. Worth every penny.

Think what I save in ink I may spend in paper since it won't print two sided.

This purchase was long overdue. With the amount of printing we do and the amount of ink we used this was the best fit ever. We have not had to purchase any ink since we bought this printer and have barely used any even though we are printing the same amount as before.

I initially hated this printer until I realized I was using laser paper instead of inkjet. So make sure you're using the right paper! Then I tried both photo paper and heavy card stock. The default printer settings WAY over-saturate the ink. I had to set my own custom photo print settings with the saturation greatly decreased. The small menu on the printer could also be improved, but I really just print from my computer, so it doesn't much matter to me. What makes this printer so awesome though are the ink wells. I have saved so much money not having to buy ink cartridges. Yes, it's a big initial investment in the printer, but long-term, a good buy.

You don't need wifi to print from your phone or tablet. Also the fact that the printer ink is cost efficient because you don't have to refill as often as other printers. The amount of copies you can make is worth it.

Are you tired of buying cartridges that don't last long? Are you tired of running out of ink? This is the solution. It is a great printer with good speed, great connectivity via wifi and can scan documents to your IPad via wifi. Great product. The ink savings is huge.

I love that I have not had to change ink in 6 months and will not have to for quite a while! Black printing is very good. Color printing is not as sharp and the colors are not exact. Not bad just not perfect. Great printer for text docs!

Love this printer. The ink wells hold a lot of ink and the refill inks are inexpensive and last much longer than regular ink cartridges. A refill bottle is only $12!! Both this 6 months ago and just now have to refill the black in. We have used this a lot!

I love this printer. Especially since I do not have to buy cartridges anymore. Just keep an eye on the inkwells and fill them up when they are almost empty. Very easy to set up to all my devices. I have already recommended this printer to my friends and family.

I've had this printer for 6 months now. It is a good printer, although it is an inkjet so print quality isn't as good as laser. The inkwells show the ink will last years at this rate, and that was the reason I bought this printer.

I have gone through many different printers. Always had problems with ink. This printer prints great and is so economical to use. I don't worry about running out of ink anymore. I print a lot of pictures and haven't hardly used any ink. It's just great.

The print quality in both black & white and color is superb. Controls are easy to use. The color screen is too small. I haven't had it long enough to determine its ink consumption as compared to cartridge type, but I think it is much more efficient.

I already had one, older model, this one is better as the refill tank is actually attached to the device and easier to do the refills. The device itself its easier to use. The only thing i dont like is that the USB cable didnt come with the printer.

The printer prints a high quality product. I basically bought this printer due to the fact the ink is not quite as expensive as other printers. It does take a while before it starts to print. You need to be patient.

Set up was painless, wireless and all. The inkwells, what a great idea. Printing quality rivals laser printer, especially black. Price is a little high.

Setting it up was pretty easy and so far is being performing great. It's a big investment at first but once you compare it to the amount you spend in a year with the ink from other printers you will see it's worth it. Really happy with my purchase.

Already using a ET-4500 for almost a full year without having to add ink, the 2550 was the best way to go when replacing the printer my wife uses. I expect it will run close to 1-1/2 to 2 years before requiring the addition of ink.
