Absolutely a best buy ! Worth the price! If you are looking for a printer for printing documents.. This is it! Long lasting ink to top it all!

All in all it is a great printer. Prints excellent. Had trouble with the paper feeder, but Epson replaced free of charge.

I love that it prints so many pages with one fill of ink but I started to have issues with it after about six months. The printing started to get streaky and even though I cleaned the print heads and filled up the ink I couldn't fix it. It's huge and so taking it to have it looked at would have been impossible so it ended up as a huge paperweight. For the time it worked though, it was great. I also could never get it to print wirelessly and I'm fairly computer literate.

Got this printer to process reports in small office. Great quality prints, speed and reliability! Ink deal is great and gives me 3 months of ink for free! Cant beat it....go get it!

I am very happy with the ease of set up and performance of this printer. The ink tank idea makes all the sense in the world and seems to lead to less landfill waste too. Nice printer.

The ecotank by Epson. We purchased it in September, filled the tank with the ink provided in the box. We have now replaced the black 3 times. It is October. My husband works from home so we knew the ink would not last two years, but really one month? We like the print quality, but we purchased it so that we would not have to buy ink so often. Not the case. I would not recommend on the premise of longer lasting ink. Although, when you do purchase the ink it costs much less than HP.

PROLOGUE: I bought this printer last month after my 5 years old Dell inkjet printer died. I've always had problems with the inks on my Dell inkjet printer where they would just dry up before completely using them even half-way through. I do not print a lot of pages. Sometimes I may not print for over a month. Sometimes I print just one 4x6 photo. Just your average users who wants to own a printer for one of those times like when I may need to print our my tax forms once a year, or a photo here and there, etc. Anyway, with the old printer, I'd have always get ready to get a new ink cartridge every time I'd need to print. At least the black ink. Or check it before I want to print the next day, etc. So much hassle. After researching, this printer has tanks for the inks, instead of cartridges. I figured I'd always know if the inks had dried up or what not - which hopefully drying up would not be an issue. And also it has rather huge tanks for each of the inks, so it should last a long time, theoretically. Like the title of this review said, it's too early to test the ink tanks usefulness with my type of printing. This will also reflect the current rating I have given this printer to see if the price premium is justified or not. I will update this review accordingly when the time comes, as necessary. The reason for the three stars are: 1. The printer is rather slow printing photos on photo paper. I've tried 4x6 and 5x7 photos. 2. No borderless printing! I mean that for both photos and scanned or copied documents. I guess scanned/copied documents is considered as photos. This is quite annoying if you're making copy of a regular document and the output smaller (shrunk) because of the border being imposed. Unfortunately, I found this out way after my 30 days - way past the return policy return time, so I wasn't able to return this printer to exchange to a different model.

So far so good, a little messy filling it if you are not careful but other than that it prints well. Little costly for the unit in my opinion but ink is cheap!

The printer works flawlessly. It is wired through the Wi-Fi and works well with all computers. The tanks were easy to fill. The print is great. No problems and no complaints.

I love being able to print wireless from multiple pcs and also from email. I cannot get it to print attachments is the only reason why it isn't 5 stars.

Printer is very good, but uses a lot of ink fairly quickly. Printer a few documents and toners gone, but the wireless printing capabilities are really useful!

Bought this due to being tired of purchasing ink cartridges. That part is realllllly nice. It does basic stuff fine. My wife uses it more than I. She isn't as happy with it. Frustrated with paper not going in straight, the lid keeps popping off, and some of the quality issues. Best buy was very good with matching a confusing sale price on another model which they matched for us

Have copied tons and the ink has lasted through it all. easy filling and the price of the ink is so low it makes copying a pleasure, not having to worry about how much ink we use.

Great printer for printing! Not so great when it comes to copying or scanning! There is no paper feed; therefore, each page to be scanned or copied must be inserted onto the glass bed, thus is why it gets 3-stars instead of 5 stars. Don't let the score keep you from purchasing the unit. If you do not copy or scan many documents and want a printer that is capable of printing numerous documents without having to refill cartridges constantly, this is a great printer for you!

I love the idea that the ink should last a long time and won't cost a fortune. The set up was a little tough but my son in law got it set up in no time and it's working great.

Works well, but what I really like is the ink. Bottles of ink cost less and you can refill only the color that is low. Saves money!

The print quality is an 8 on a scale of 1-10. The display on the front could be bigger. Like the ink tubes because of the enormous number of copies you can print before refill.

Easy setup and works well for everyday copying. Picture printing is not what I would expect but it is ok for casual pictures not for formal display.

So far, it's terrific. The upper model wasn't available that prints two-sides copies, so that's a bummer with this model. A bit noisy/jerky, but hasn't used any ink so far!!
