Great printer with no expensive ink cartridges
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this printer a little over a month ago after reading many reviews. I was tired of buying expensive ink cartridges and looking for a better alternative. I have probably printed approximately 250 pages so far and couldn't be happier. I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a quick printer that handles bulk ink. Yes you need to take your time and be careful when filling the ink but it is not difficult at all. Set up was easy and quick. It is a little noisy, but in my situation that is not an issue.

So far so great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this printer for a over a week. Setup was straightforward but time consuming. Filling ink in the reservoir is slow but reduces the risk for a mess. Getting antivirus to let the printer be visible on the network took a little effort. The printing is great. It prints fast and with good quality. It was easy to send prints from iPad and phones. Will post other updates once the printer has been in use for a while to see if the ink last as long as claims.

Very good first impression
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just received and set up which was very easy. Ink tanks were easy to fill and WiFi easy to configure. Air print works great! Brand new item and there were no reviews available when I purchased. I'm happy to say that I am very pleased with the printer. It is quick and the printer quality is very good. I'm glad not to have to go buy cartridges every other month as my middle school soon to be high school daughter has to constantly print out for school homework and projects.

Awesome printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I print documents every other week. Not every day. So the printer sits inactive for days. In the past I have always been disappointed in how short the life of my ink and toner was. Not with this printer. It so flawless and the seems to last indefinitely. The wireless feature is also so awesome. I can print from my phone or iPad. Very easy to set up. I would definitely encourage you to purchase , in fact I'm buying a second one for my son to take to school.

Great way to print without spending too much
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I usually cringe whenever we print photos thinking of how much printer ink they are using. With this printer, it comes with several thousand prints worth of ink, and can then be refilled from relatively cheap bottles of ink. The ink bottles were quite easy to fill - just be very careful when filling for the first time. The quality is great. Epson - Expression ET-2550 EcoTank Wireless All-In-One Printer

Excessive cost, but the ink solution seems good.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is too early to provide an effective review of this product. It's cost is significantly higher than a similar printer from another brand. However I vowed never to buy another HP because the very expensive printer/scanner I bought from them was completely non-functional if the ink was dry. If the colored ink was dry it would not allow you print in black and white. Even the scanner wasn't functional when the printer was out of ink. I don't print often at home and this meant that the ink would dry up after a couple of months and I'd maybe only printed 10-20 pages. This Epson printer guarantees that the ink will not dry out over two years. It costs about $80-110 more than the similar printer, which is what a laser cartridge would cost so going laser isn't any better. I'll only know whether the printer is good in 2 years when I still have ink. Until then it's a 4 star.

Excellent printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Heard about this Eco Printer from Kim Komando on the radio. I was skeptical at first then went to BB to check it out. Nice solid little printer. I bought this. Brought it home and with in 1/2 hour I had the ink comtainera filled and ready for action. I was worried about how the wireless would work as prior posts from others seemed like it could be the death of someone. Hooked it up and not a problem. The first thing I printed was 120 Tri-Fold folders on both sides. Full color with black. After messing a few pages up I got it down. After printing I checked and roughly used about 1/8th of black ink and the colors never moved. I will say about the only thing that's irritating is that every time I print you get a dialog box that Reminds you to check you ink levels often. Other than that excellent printer

So far, I like it very much. Works great for me.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Best Buy guys were very helpful and took the time to help my husband by calling me to discuss the best printer for me. I love the idea of ink reserves instead of the many cartridges I had to buy I the past. With much care and plastic glove I had no problem filling the reservoirs. I will still recommend preparing for a spill just in case.

Overall Very Satisfied
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm just happy that I finally have a printer that doesn't ask for more ink every time I turn it on. So far so good. It says it comes with a couple years worth of ink - will see. Quality is totally fine, very quiet (unlike my Kodak clunker) and the speed is great too. Would prefer not having a top-loading unit with paper sticking out, but that's a minor downside.

I like it!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having read a few reviews about this product I was worried about a few things that would have applied to me. Someone mentioned that the printer had problems starting up and connecting. So I read the instructions carefully before I started to set up. Know that when you unpack the machine you'll need to fill the ink, turn-on, select language, press and hold "ok" button for 3 seconds, press the blue button and literally wait 20 minutes. Don't turn it off because it will just prolong set-up; I didn't but that's what it says on the instructions. It connected to the wi-fi without any problems after it was done doing the ink load. I use my printer for a number of things that some might consider trivial. I have small children and print out activities, family photos on sticker paper, sticker items for my daily journal/calendar/ routine/toy storage. I had an HP Photosmart printer I purchased over 4 years ago, previously a bundle of color and black ink would run me at about 60 bucks on a sale day to almost 70 so this was a good deal and I feel good about the waste it produces. I hated those old cartridges. The speed is ok. The quality of the photos is pretty good and consistent with my older printer maybe just a tad better. Also if you are looking for a self-feeding printer because you make copies of several pages they have a similar model with a feeder for a higher price. I am also not aware that this printer faxes, and I don't see why it would unless you are paying for an online server for faxing online documents in conjunction with your computer. It is great if you are looking for a printer that will cut down on waste and produce more than older cartridge models.

Works Great - Easy Setup
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Setting up this printer was a snap. The WiFi was easy to setup per the instruction manual. Putting the ink in was also a no problem, again following the instructions. We have 3 Windows 10 systems and 1 Windows 7 and all found the printer with almost no operator intervention.

Good printer.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ink lasts a long time and the print quality is great. Printing via wifi takes a few seconds but quality is still there. Email printing is great on quality but only wish it would print just the attachments not the whole email plus attachments. Print speed is good but if you want faster go with a higher end or laser.

Game changer for personal printing.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The large ink tanks not only reduce the cost of printing but also saves reprinting documents because of a depleted color in the color cartridge. Since each color may be refilled independently there is little waste. Print quality is very good.

There is almost an inexhaustible supply of ink replacement ink is relatively inexpensive compared to cartridges. Bye, bye, cartridges!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After having an utterly terrible time with an HP Deskjet and black ink cartridges that wouldn't work, I decided to try a different brand. When I saw Epson had this tank system for the ink, I was intrigued. Further research showed that the average cost of ink is $13-$75 per ounce depending on cartridge manufacturer! Ink is wasted every time a printer cycles up and it varies from printer to printer. Yeah, ink costs more than gasoline even. So when I saw a 3.5 ounce refill of ink for this Epson was only $12 or so, and that you could print thousands of pages on one fill, I figured I had nothing to lose. I've had the printer now for a few months and have had no issues. It prints just fine, it is wirelessly connected to my computer and has no problem communicating with it. For the average home use I'm putting it through, it's exactly what I need and has left me with no worries no matter what I'm trying to print. The only gripe I have is the vertical paper feed, but that's minor.

Lives up to my expectations
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I first read about the Eco-Tank series of printers I was interested as my existing Epson has great print quality, but burns through ink relatively quickly. The prospect of paying more for the printer, thus not having to subsidize a cheaper printer with higher ink prices, seemed appealing. Printer is faster than my previous printer. Photo quality isn't quite as "photo like" on the same paper (a little shinier, not 100% borderless) but for my purposes is an acceptable tradeoff. I have a daughter who loves to craft and print pictures, so now I don't have to worry quite so much about whether that latest printout will exhaust the ink. Wireless works great on my home network with my computers and our phones and scan and quality is acceptable considering the price. Long-term ink use and durability are yet to be seen, but so far so good.

Great Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a for the ET-2550 printer. This is a great printer that will save me money on the ink in the long run. Easy to setup and use. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five stars is because the first one I bought was defective and would not feed the paper. After about 50 sheets of paper jam I packaged it and took it back to Best Buy. They were great and exchanged the printer with out any problems. Got the second printer home and setup and working great. Caution on filling the ink tanks because on the second printer I was experienced from filling the first one and so not quite as careful and got some ink on my fingers and the ink has to wear off.

Good Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far - so good. Waiting to see if the ink bottles really do last one year. Would like the double sided to be within the machine rather than having to turn the paper over and press "resume". Minor though. Print quality is very good. Have done a couple of pictures and they have turned out good as well.

Love this printer!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Printer was very easy to set up. I have used it several times to print out flyers and meeting announcements at least 100 copies at a time. It has worked perfectly each time and there is till plenty of ink left to print many more. This is the best printer I have ever owned.
