The ink process was a little messy. Makes great copies easy to print. Would recommend this product. About a month later the price was cheaper at another store. (200.)

Perfect for family with several students. I especially like the $12 ink refills. No more dealing with refills messing with microchip on ink cartridges.

I like the printer because you don't have to purchase ink cartridges. You can just buy the ink and put it directly in the printer.

This printer is great! It cost a little more upfront which made me question if it was worth it. Honestly I feel like it was. I'm saving a lot of money and printing is great.

Love the ink tanks and that you don't have to replace expensive cartridges all the time. The manual duplex is an issue sometimes but most of the time it is very easy.

So glad to have a printer where I'm not changing ink cartridges all the time. Love the ink wells where you fill as needed. Printer works very good.

This printer is great. It is suppose to save on ink since you don't have to worry about cartridges. So far it does the job. But I have only had this item for 2 months.

It has been great not worrying about ink cartridges. Print quality is good, but I don’t do photos so can’t speak to that.

Excellent in every way except 2-sided printing......doesn't do this. Otherwise best printer i have owned. Love not continually replacing cartridges.

This all-in-one printer does the job and is an all-around winner. Its ink tank is eco-friendly and far less expensive than buying cartridges. Highly recommended!

I purchased this for my son and his family. It was an easy install/setup. It's great because you never need to buy cartridges, only liquid ink bottles as needed.

Using as a home printer for over a year and a half for all kinds of printing (photo and otherwise). Still have half the ink that came with it.

I have no complains so far. Heads up doesn't come with a cable to connect to the computer. But you should be able to hook it up through your home network.

We bought this printer because our old one broke. We wanted to try a printer that uses liquid ink instead of cartridges. This has been a very good purchase.
