Good but not great. The large ink capacity is wonderful but the printer controls are not the easiest to use. Often seems to wander into areas that were not chosen and not easy to get out of. Print quality is very acceptable considering the cost of the printer. It's worth the money.

Set up was easy. No problems connecting wirelessly. Printed pages from phone successfully. Ink filled without any problems. No spills or drips. Now just have to see if the ink lasts the way they say. Printed pages are close to original pages. Have not tried a photo yet.

Had this printer for about a month, and no complaints. It was fairly easy to setup. Filling the tanks without spilling the ink was the hardest part but if you have steady hands you should be ok. I am looking forward to a year of service without having to mess with the ink again.

I purchased this for my niece, who needed to copy, scan and print certain assignments for school. She did have a printer but, was very limited especially when it came to ink. The product does it all with its generous ink supply and ease of replenishing its ink tanks, which you can see through. Refills are very affordable, and easy to refill. It also prints beautifully. Wireless is also a plus. Looked at laser printers but, they proved to be too expensive and limited. Very good machine for the college bound student. She told me she loves it. And loves me more for the gift! Hooray for Uncle Dave!

So far the reports and statements that I have printed have been great I have also printed a few pictures and the colors are lasting longer then the other printers that I have owned.

I really love the output of prints and would have given it 5 stars if the ink was not too messy. I tried my best not to get it on my clothes but it did end up all over my hands. The other star was lost because I was told that i can scan items and send them to my computer but it is becoming a challenge figuring out how to do this.

The printer was easy to set up, including network, and has performed flawlessly since I purchased it just after Christmas. I love the endless ink wells and not having to mess with cartridges. I print on it at least once a week just to keep things in motion and am very pleased with the print quality, ink usage, and overall performance. I've printed regular documents and 4 x 6 photo's. No jams, no color issues, no problems. I've not had great luck with ink jet printers in the past so I am cautiously optimistic this printer will be around for quite some time.

There are multiple things good about this printer, wireless printing (from phones or computer), the scanner, you don't have the print cartridges to hastle with, cheaper long term, and user friendly setup. The one thing to be aware of is that it doesn't print as high of quality as the more high-end printers. I assume the cost reflects some of the profit the company doesn't get with the cartridges that you would normally have. Great printer overall

I’ve been waiting on a printer like this! Love!! I copy my own release forms and it’s paid for itself just in the 9 cent copies I don’t have to get anymore. I will never go back to cartridge printers. Ecotank is amazing!!!

I think the upfront cost will turn some away but the thought of no more stupid ink cartridges was very appealing to me. The printer does a great job and is easy to set up and use. This is my first true wireless printer and love that I can network any computer to print. The ability to print from my iPad or iPhone is attractive and worked without a hitch. I haven't printed photos yet so can't comment on that. Getting rid of my Canon was kinda nice... Heavy and old and no more printer cables (and Canon would not support windows 10...)! Very pleased.

I bought this because I like the idea of not buying expensive toner cartridges. The inkjet print quality is not as good as a laser printer, but it is definitely good enough for my home office needs. It was easy enough to set up and the wireless print options are easy to use. Filling the inkwells without getting ink on your hands is a challenge. The instructions suggest wearing gloves but they don't include gloves. When peeling the little foil seal off the the top of each ink bottle, I got some ink on my hands. It didn't wash off easily, but was gone after my next shower. I would categorize that as a minor inconvenience. If I don't have to refill the ink for 2 years, I'll be really happy with this printer.

I have had this printer for a month and everything has been good. I have printed approx. 100 pages and my ink levels have barely moved.. Prints well and prints fast....

This is a good printer once it is set up. I chose to download the set up features from Epson, but that didn't work very well so I switched to the disc that they sent and that was better. The ink wells are a nice feature and should last longer than the cartridges that I used in my old Epson. You must be very careful when loading the ink. I would recommend this printer to others.

Uses less ink than any other printer I have ever used. The print quality is superb. And its was so easy to set up, even the wireless. The key here is the ink consumption, I would have gone through $100 worth of ink on my last printer. I'm still full of ink on this printer. Well worth the initial price, I will have saved money on ink that compensates for the price. Good job Epson

We figured this printer can save over $700 in two years because of the economy of how it uses less ink than any other printer! MORe than pays for itself!

We used this printer to print photos about 500 never had to change the ink print time was fast I would recommend this if you are printing many pictures.

am loving my new printer and being an ecotank the choices to buy ink at is limited, hoping more will carry alas Walmart will not since they cannot make a profit on it. Living in a rural area it will be a challenge I know. The printer set up easily and only will not print both sides on its own, I have to help with that. Ink is really lasting and am glad for that too. thank you Best Buy My friends have minds of their own so I don't recommend anything to anyone.

No more having to connect the phone directly or having to transfer from a micro-SD. The ink technology also eliminates "run-on" and "clumping" effect often seen on laser printers with photo-conductors that begin to fail when needed most!

I've had several printers over the past few years and this one is my favorite. I love the tank system, I always know how much ink I have. It's fast, it's quiet and it puts our great images.

After being dissatisfied with the last 3 printers I have purchased, I decided to invest in this Epson. Although the initial price tag was very hard to swallow I believe that it is worth the money since I don't expect to have to replace it, or costly ink cartridges, for some time. It works beautifully and there's no sign of a need for more ink! It does a lovely job printing photos which I can easily print directly from my phone!
